Sunbay Park Mehmonxona majmuasi haqida

Sunbay Park — Vetnamning Nin Thuan viloyatida joylashgan ko'p funksiyali mehmonxona majmuasidir. Loyiha 3,6 gektar maydonni egallab, besh yulduzli mehmonxona, ikkita kondotel, suv parklari hamda tijorat va jamoat inshootlarini o'z ichiga oladi. Minora bloklari atrofdagi binolar uchun shamol oqimi va dengiz manzarasini saqlab qolish hamda to'g'ridan-to'g'ri quyosh nurini cheklash maqsadida bir-biridan ajratilgan va burilgan holda joylashtirilgan. Uchinchi va to'rtinchi qavatlardagi osma ko'priklar bloklarni bog'lab turadi, shu tufayli birinchi qavat plyajga olib boruvchi ochiq jamoat maydoni sifatida qoladi. Egri shakllar va o'yib ishlangan Champa naqshlari mahalliy raqs va an'anaviy madaniyatni eslatadi.

Sunbay Park Mehmonxona majmuasi A' Design Award Oltin Mukofotining g‘olibi bo‘lib, bu birinchi darajali, ajoyib va ajralib turuvchi dizaynlarga beriladigan o‘ta nufuzli e’tirofdir. Oltin g‘oliblari o‘z dizaynerlarining daholigi, donoligi va mahoratini aks ettiruvchi benihoya innovatsion, uzoqni ko‘ra oladigan va ko‘zni qamashtiruvchi ijodlardir. Sunbay Park Mehmonxona majmuasi misli ko‘rilmagan qiymat keltiruvchi, juda maqtalgan, yo‘nalish belgilovchi va yodgorlik darajasidagi ixtiro bo‘lishi kutiladi. A' Design Award Oltin Mukofotini qo‘lga kiritgan ushbu dizayn san’at, fan, dizayn va texnologiya chegaralarini katta foyda bilan kengaytiruvchi ko‘zni qamashtiruvchi, e’zozlangan loyihadir. Sunbay Park Mehmonxona majmuasi kuchli istak tuyg‘ularini yaratadi, ishtiyoqni uyg‘otadi, ijodkorlikni rag‘batlantiradi va bizni maftun etadi.

Noyob xususiyatlar: The complex includes one five-star hotel, two condotels, water parks, numerous commercial and public facilities, which would enrich the living experience of both travelers and local city-dwellers.
The modern design of this project aims to create some iconic urban shapes for the city, but to integrate softly with surrounding spaces and ensure urban ventilation as well as sea views for backside areas.
The usage of Champa patterns and colors evokes the traditional spirit in a contemporary design.

Ishlab chiqarish texnologiyasi: Avoiding direct sunlight from the East and West by rotating the tower blocks was calculated following research into the typical sun’s path thereby reducing total power consumption.
Dizayn muammosi: Separating and rotating the blocks maximizes the total number of rooms, thereby ensuring all rooms have a sea view. Putting 3000 rooms in a site of 3.6 hectares without creating a wall or blocking wind was the biggest challenge to receive community and government approval in a very short time. Close negotiation with the local government makes this scheme possible within a short time frame.
Tadqiqot: Being inspired by the traditional dance of the local people, which is one of the most attractive performances of Champa civilization, the building shapes are combined from different curves reflecting smooth movements and lively rhythms. The initial challenge of the site is not to create a wall that blocks wind ventilation and the views from other surrounded buildings, creating a transparent effect. Instead of forming a compact block, the idea is separating the volume, optimizing the sea view and not block the wind flow. Additionally, block rotation is well arranged to the site which maximizes the room number, optimizes the view and variates in terms of architectural shape.
Regard the architectural details, the usage of Champa patterns and colors evokes the traditional spirit in a contemporary design. Ethnic motifs are carved onto the door panels, window panels, and shading curtains. The shadows expressing the patterns will be reflected on walls, floors with light, dark, varying lengths based on the change of light during daytime.
Ilhom: The building shapes are combined from different curves reflecting smooth movements and lively rhythms inspired by the traditional dance of the local people.
Usage of historical Champa culture patterns and colors evoke a traditional spirit in a contemporary design. Ethnic motifs are carved on to louvers and shading curtains to create playful shadows throughout the day.
Loyiha muddati: The project started construction in April, 2019 in Ninh Thuan, Viet Nam.
2 blocks will finish by the end of 2021.
Ish jarayoni: The key concept is to provide fully accessible facilities on the podium level to serve guests from any tower with the multi-level connecting bridges.
Pools, lounges and bars at different levels create various experiences for guests to explore.
The sky bridges on levels 3 and 4 solve the problem of internal connection between the blocks. Thanks to this, the area on the ground floor instead of being arranged for connection, can be used for public open space for the community. Those public areas are linked and continuous until the beach.
