Yoyo City — Xitoyning Yinchuan shahrida joylashgan aralash foydalanish maqsadidagi kompleks. Majmua besh qavatli savdo markazi, ikki qavatli chakana savdo ko‘chasi va o‘n to‘rt qavatli xizmat ko‘rsatuvchi kvartira binosini birlashtiradi. Hudud tabiiy botqoqlik bog‘i va asosiy avtomagistral orasida joylashgan. Botqoqlikda ko‘rilgan suzuvchi orollar granit tosh panellar, chiziqli alyuminiy qanotlar va shisha bilan qoplangan oqib turuvchi fasadga ilhom bergan. Piyodalar yo‘llari yer sathida joylashtirilgan, transport vositalari va asosiy tushirish maydoni esa yerto‘lada joylashgan. Ichki bog‘lar savdo markazini uning tabiiy muhiti bilan bog‘laydi.

In the mall, there is 4-storey water jet waterfall and super structure recreational bird nest as central atrium features.
Dizayn muammosi: Surrounded by large residential complex, Yoyo City has become an important extension of public playground. Dedicating the public space and pedestrian flow on ground level and allowing the vehicular access and circulation in basement level including the main drop off area have become the challenge. As much active as ground level, the basement is yet set to be another vital commercial arrival point and it needs to be equally important to the ground level.

Yoyo City stands as a city icon that stitches its urban and nature contexts together.
Loyiha muddati: The project is located in the city of Yinchuan, China. It officially started on December 2019. Currently, the project is in the Design Development stage. The grand opening will be targeted tentatively at the end of 2022.
Ish jarayoni: Sited between a natural wetland park and a residential commercial complex, Yoyo City master planning strategy is to prioritize the pedestrian connection flow and minimize vehicular within the development. Hence, the main vehicular drop off and lobby is located in the basement. Yoyo City unique experiences are connected through the 8 key node spaces from east to west, providing an urban linkage connecting the community and its natural surroundings.
