Selfors Uy haqida

Selfors — bu 1960-yillarga oid modernistik villani reabilitatsiya qilish orqali yaratilgan uy. Asl villa 1980-yillarda prefabrikat qo‘shimcha bilan qisman o‘zgartirilgan edi. Yangi loyiha oldingi binoning modernistik xususiyatini hurmat qiladi. Uch qavatli, 200 kvadrat metr maydonga ega uy qavatlar o‘rtasida tabiiy shamollatish shaxtasi vazifasini bajaruvchi markaziy zinapoya atrofida joylashtirilgan. Oynavand janubiy fasad quyosh nurini to‘playdi. Asl yog‘och konstruksiya qayta ishlatilgan, shuningdek yangi fasad va yangi derazalar qo‘shilgan. Uyni himoyalangan ochiq maydonlar o‘rab turadi.
