The Dawn Turar-joy haqida

The Dawn — Tayvanning Xualyan shahridagi turar-joy binosi bo'lib, u nafaqaga chiqqanlar uchun uy sifatida loyihalashtirilgan. Bino 150 kvadrat metr maydonni egallaydi va 2022-yil iyun oyida qurilishi yakunlangan. Tashqi ko'rinishi soddalashtirilgan bo'lib, asosiy fasad ikkita egri chiziq bilan chizilgan. Egri shaklidagi bino qobig'i pastdan yuqoriga qadar cho'zilgan, shu tufayli ichki makon atrof-muhit bilan bog'langan, ammo yozgi issiqlikdan himoyalangan. Har qavatga to'siqsiz kirish imkonini beruvchi lift o'rnatilgan. Suriladigan eshiklar va aylanma panellar moslashuvchan foydalanishga imkon beradi. Eng yuqori qavatdagi hammom tashqi derazaga qaragan bo'lib, undan Xualyan shahrining manzarasi ko'rinadi.

The Dawn Turar-joy A' Design Award Bronza Mukofotining g‘olibi bo‘lib, bu ijodkorlik, zukkolik va topqirlik bilan ajralib turuvchi a’lo dizaynlarga beriladigan o‘ta nufuzli e’tirofdir. Bronza g‘oliblari o‘z dizaynerlarining keng tajribasi, tasavvuri va topqirligini tasdiqlovchi juda mohir va hayratlanarli darajada ijodiy buyumlardir. The Dawn Turar-joy yuqori qadrlanadigan, hayrat bilan qaraladigan va suyukli, diqqatga sazovor darajada kasbiy va innovatsion buyum bo‘lishi kutiladi. A' Design Award Bronza Mukofotini qo‘lga kiritgan ushbu dizayn san’at, fan, dizayn va texnologiyadagi eng yaxshi amaliyotlarni o‘zida mujassam etadi va tafsilotlarga e’tibori bilan a’lodir. The Dawn Turar-joy ehtiyojlarni go‘zal qondiradi, istaklarga tegadi, tuyg‘ularni maftun etadi va qiziqishni jalb qiladi.

Noyob xususiyatlar: As far as the exterior is concerned, the building’s appearance is simplified, demonstrating a sculpture like artwork towering over the base. The face of the main building is outlined through two curved lines. Besides, the solid construction is covered little by little and unfolded by the softly curved surface, just like a calla blooming quietly from the street block. Over the top furnishings have been abandoned to create abundant storage space.

Ishlab chiqarish texnologiyasi: From bottom to top, the building skin is slowly stretched, which makes the indoor area and the outdoor surroundings connected yet separated. Therefore, it has effectively eliminated the heat energy brought by the sun during summertime.
Dizayn muammosi: The project adopts a minimalist design style from the exterior of the building to the interior of the space, focusing on the daily functional needs as the main focus of the planning. As a result, the designer significantly reduces the unnecessary purchase of furniture and eliminates superfluous decorations. The designer's initiative has greatly avoided the waste of resources and created a sustainable and friendly house.
Tadqiqot: On top of that, the bathroom is planned at the external window on the top floor, so the beautiful scenery of Hualien is brought into the room, offering the clients a soothing and comfortable bath experience. In addition, due to the reduction of the living area caused by this equipment, the designer has skillfully selected adjustable features such as sliding doors and revolving door panels to endow the space with variable usability.
Ilhom: This project is a residential space in the old district of Hualien City, Taiwan, which is the owner's and his wife's retirement home. Given the cramped and narrow space of the original residence, it is expected that the needs such as abundant light and spaciousness can be incorporated into the new home to create a comfortable and enjoyable living space. The designer has completed the entire planning with a simple yet resourceful strategy.
Loyiha muddati: The project was completed in Hualien City in June 2022.
Ish jarayoni: When the night comes, the warm yellow light from the room reflects like a flute-shaped glass containing champagne, diffuses an elegant luster in the dimly lit neighborhood, and welcomes visiting relatives and friends to gather for a drink. Considering the owner's needs for barrier-free facilities, an elevator that can access each floor is installed inside the house.
