About Urban Pastoral Community Arzon Ijara Uylari

Ushbu dizayn Shanxayda arzon ijara uylariga bo'lgan ehtiyojni, epidemiyalarning ta'sirini va Xitoyning uglerod gazini kamaytirish siyosatini hisobga oladi. Dizayner aholi punkti ichida jamoa sabzavot plantatsiyasini va turli balandlikdagi binolarning tomlarida kichik sabzavot bog'larini yaratadi. Ular birgalikda aholi uchun xavfsiz va qulay oziq-ovqat bilan ta'minlaydigan ko'p darajali o'sayotgan tizimni tashkil qiladi. Bundan tashqari, binoning har bir qavatida mahallaning o'zaro hamkorligini rag'batlantiradigan va epidemiyalar paytida shoshilinch tibbiy yordam uchun xizmat ko'rsatish joyi bo'lgan jamoat maydoni mavjud.

Production Technology: It uses solar photovoltaic panels, pedal alternator, self-generating electricity floor and self-luminous concrete as building materials to build renewable energy systems .The project's carbon reduction indicators meet the relevant requirements of the General Specification for Building Energy Conservation and Renewable Energy Utilization (GB55015-2021) and the electricity saving rate is 57.11%.
Design Challenge: The main challenge of the project is to create a widely recognized exemplary residential area amidst the abundance of Shanghai's affordable rental housing. The design is based on the national "dual-carbon" strategy, the demand for "Shanghai drifters" (young people who come to Shanghai for work) lifestyle, and the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic as the city's background. The goal is to create a three-dimensional neighborhood environment that is shared by surrounding residents and community members while avoiding interference with each other. The construction materials used are ecological and energy-saving to meet the requirements of the national carbon peak and carbon neutrality strategy. The end result is a self-sufficient, community-driven, and low-carbon energy residential area.
Research: Research Background: The demand for the construction of affordable rental housing in Shanghai; Method: Extracting and integrating the urban development trends, user needs, and the era background into the design, to create a warm, stylish, and enjoyable urban pastoral community; Tools: Urban planning and architectural design; Participants: Hang Chen, Shanghai Municipal Government; Results and Insights: Becoming a model project for the construction of affordable rental housing in Shanghai.
Inspiration: The project is based on the national strategy of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals in China, the life demands of "Shanghai drifters"(young people who come to Shanghai for work) and the urban background of the Shanghai's epidemic. The design analyzes the multiple problems faced by the project and responds one by one through the design, trying to create an urban pastoral community that is self-sufficient, neighborhood-rich, low carbon and energy regeneration.
Project Duration: The project started in Shanghai in April 2022 and the design was completed in July 2022. Currently, it is in the preparation phase for construction.
Operation Flow: The ground-level rural living area and commercial spaces are open to all citizens, but access is managed through separate entrances to prevent interference between external citizens and internal residents. The most direct perception of this community by people is that it is self-sufficient, ecologically harmonious, and has a strong neighborhood atmosphere, which can prevent the recurrence of vegetable grabbing incidents during the epidemic period in Shanghai.
