Casa de Mar Yakka oilaviy turar joy haqida

Casa de Mar — Yukatan shtatidagi Merida shahrining shimoliy qismida joylashgan yakka oilaviy turar joydir. Loyiha ichki va tashqi makonlarni birlashtirish orqali arxitektura va tabiatni bog'laydi. Bog'larni uy ichidan ko'rish va ulardan foydalanish mumkin. Taqa shaklidagi markaziy hajm basseynni o'rab turadi, u suv bug'lanishi orqali havoni salqinlashtiradi va tabiiy shamollatishni ta'minlaydi. Mahalliy tosh va yog'och chidamliligi, kam parvarish talab qilishi hamda hudud bilan uyg'unligi uchun tanlangan. Alohida kirish joylari ijtimoiy va shaxsiy zonalarni ajratib, maxfiylik va qulaylikni ta'minlaydi.
