About Istanbul 245 House Turar-joy binosi

Dizayn jamoasi tinch va tabiiy yashash uslubini asosiy yo'nalish sifatida belgiladi. Ular arxitektura va ichki dizaynda ko'plab tabiiy yog'och va tabiiy toshlardan foydalandilar. Tabiiy massiv yog'och jonli materialdir. Tabiiy materiallar va tabiiy ohanglar belgilandi. Kuz shabadasi fazolarda kuchli aks ettirildi. Eman va yong'oq tosh hamda qoya bilan birgalikda qo'llanilishi mumkin bo'lgan loyihamizning ranglarini tashkil etadi. Ular rasmiy shakllarni tinch va sodda saqlashga, vaqti-vaqti bilan boy detallar qo'shishga hamda ularni mat latun va chiziqli reykalar bilan uyg'unlashtirishga alohida e'tibor berishdi.

Istanbul 245 House Turar-joy binosi yuqori qadrlanadigan, hayrat bilan qaraladigan va suyukli, diqqatga sazovor darajada kasbiy va innovatsion buyum bo‘lishi kutiladi. A' Design Award Bronza Mukofotini qo‘lga kiritgan ushbu dizayn san’at, fan, dizayn va texnologiyadagi eng yaxshi amaliyotlarni o‘zida mujassam etadi va tafsilotlarga e’tibori bilan a’lodir. Unique Properties: A serene, peaceful and quiet shelter in nature, designed and implemented by Studio EG Architecture: Acarkent B245 House... The project consists of four floors in total. The garden floor and ground floor were designed as living spaces, while the middle floor and attic floor were designed as night spaces. Built on approximately 850 m2 of land, this residence embodies the naturalness and simplicity of Beykoz.

Production Technology: The project includes a complexly adapted smart home system, thanks to this system, users can optionally activate and prepare functions such as lighting, curtain control, floor heating system, sound system and air conditioning of the house with the scenarios they have prepared in advance according to their own lifestyle.
Design Challenge: Since it was a renovation project, it was a project that we developed and worked hard on in line with new usage scenarios and user requests, adhering to the dimensions and carrier system. We created the final design with many sketches.
Research: It is a serene and at the same time quiet project that will save users from the intense workload they are exposed to during the day, and where they can relieve their fatigue and stress. In this project, where we take simple ergonomics as a basis, spaces such as an outdoor pool, orchard, sun terrace, dining area, outdoor terraces and hobby rooms, cinema room, sauna, spa, jacuzzi, garden shower, book reading areas are designed to protect users from fatigue and stress during the day. aimed at purification.
Inspiration: It was designed with modern geometry of clarity and numerical arithmetic in the space, using natural wood colors from nature. There is a floor gallery between the garden floor living room and the ground floor living room. It lets in maximum daylight, illuminating the living spaces and distributing the green reflection of the trees and forest area from the garden to the interior spaces.
