About Masseria Auraterrae Tabiat kurorti

Masseria Auraterrae — Italiyaning Apuliya viloyatidagi Polinyano-a-Mare shahrida joylashgan tabiat kurorti. Loyiha 120000 kvadrat metrlik yer maydonida joylashgan 3000 kvadrat metrlik tarixiy binoni tiklaydi. Dizayn "Ildizlar" kontseptsiyasiga asoslanadi, bu esa avloddan-avlodga o'tib kelayotgan an'anaviy amaliyotlar, mahalliy materiallar va qurilish texnikalarini qadrlaydi. Mahalliy mavjud materiallar tashish ehtiyojini kamaytiradi va mahalliy iqtisodiyotni qo'llab-quvvatlaydi. Yomg'ir suvini yig'ish, qayta tiklanuvchi energiya va organik chiqindilarni boshqarish tizimlari loyihaga integratsiyalashgan. Tosh bitiklar va boshqa tarixiy elementlar saqlab qolingan.

Research: Every part of the Histric Building is a careful recovery of what already existed, including the vegetable gardens in the ancient walls, the church, the reception areas and the refectory. The oldest historical elements found have been preserved, even where they are not very functional, but express great historical value. Some elements are no longer found today, unfortunately. In the face of the many epigraphs that we have found on the masseria and cleaned so that every traveler could read and interpret them according to their own sensitivity, many others have been lost; I think of the stone inscription that was located above the entrance to the garden of the officinal herbs that was removed over time as well as other tombstones that told the history of the place.
Inspiration: Architecture can empower local communities by actively involving them in the design and construction process. This approach ensures that projects reflect the needs and aspirations of the community, promoting local pride and social cohesion.
