About Golden Fortress Turar-joy umumiy maydoni
Golden Fortress — Tayvandagi turar-joy binosining umumiy maydon interyeri. Loyihalash maydoni 2600 kvadrat metrlik hudud ichida 600 kvadrat metrni tashkil etib, 15 qavat va 100 ta turar-joy xonadoniga xizmat qiladi. Lift zali rejaning markazida joylashtirilgan, orqa qismida esa bog' bor. Katta derazalar tabiiy yorug'likni ichkariga o'tkazadi va bog' tomon ochiq manzaralarni taqdim etadi. Tabiiy yog'och shponi sirtlarga iliq tekstura baxsh etadi. Mebel joylashuvi oilaviy xona, fitnes markazi va dam olish zonasini qat'iy to'siqlarsiz belgilaydi, shu bois reja ochiq bo'lib qoladi va barcha yosh guruhlariga mos keladi.

- Production Technology
- Based on structural planning, the design adopts a minimalist approach, minimizing excessive decoration and unnecessary waste to achieve a natural and pure aesthetic. Natural wood veneer materials are selected to create a warm, textured atmosphere. Additionally, the furniture is thoughtfully arranged to maximize space utilization. Large windows are incorporated to allow ample natural light.
- Design Challenge
- The entire lobby must accommodate multiple functions while maintaining maximum openness to allow an unobstructed view of the garden, seamlessly connecting the interior with the exterior. We define different areas using various types of furniture, creating zones without physical partitions, so the space remains open and cohesive.
