About House LW27 Xususiy turar joy

LW27 uyi — turar joy mavzesidagi nisbatan kichik maydonda qurilgan xususiy uy-joydir. Oq hajm qo'pol tabiiy tosh elementlari bilan kontrast hosil qiladi. Oq suvoq qilingan devorlar, eman yog'ochidan pollar hamda pollar, hammomlar, mo'rilar va devorlar uchun ishlatilgan tabiiy tosh interyerni shakllantiradi. Birinchi qavatda ochiq reja basseyn bo'ylab sharqdan g'arbga erkin oqib o'tadi. Poldan shiftgacha bo'lgan surma oynalar yil davomida ichki va tashqi makonni bog'lab turadi. Yuqori qavatda o'z hammomlariga ega yotoqxonalar joylashgan. Ko'kalamzorlashtirilgan tom terrasasi qoplab olingan yer maydonini tabiatga qaytaradi.

Inspiration
In high class residential area, a large volume residence had to be constructed on a relatively small site.
Next to a giant outdoor pool there was almost no space for a garden. So, the idea was to put the garden onto the roof and work close to the concept of a zero-seal house which means the sealed areas are given back to nature on the rooftop.
Project Duration
The project started in 2020 in Munich and finished in 2023
Operation Flow
The borders of the side are hidden by a whole series of newly planted canopying trees, which provide natural Sun protection.
On ground level an open floor plan flows freely from east to west along the pool. Floor to ceiling sliding windows allowing inside outside living all year.
On the upper floor is the bedroom area with ensuite bathrooms and separate dressing facilities.
The lush planted roof terrace with whirlpool is reserved for the hardworking parents.
