Slow Living Turar-joy ichki makon dizayni haqida

Kitob matni: Slow Living — Tayvanning Yangi Taypey shahrida joylashgan turar-joy ichki makon dizayni loyihasidir. Ichki makon taxminan 460 kvadrat metrni egallaydi va uch xonali mehmon xonalari, mehmonxona, ovqat xonasi, ochiq orolcha peshtaxta, ichki oshxona, ish xonasi va dam olish xonasidan iborat. Umumiy foydalanish zonalari yagona ochiq va bir-biriga bog'langan turar-joy makoniga birlashtirilgan. Yopiq devorlarsiz, ravoqlar va material almashinuvi orqali zonalar bir-biridan ajratilgan. Materiallar orasida qora sandal daraxti fanerasi, oyna, titan qoplama, tosh yotqizmasi va qo'lda ishlangan yog'och pol mavjud. Bunday joylashuv oilaviy yig'ilishlar va tinch mutolaa uchun qulay sharoit yaratadi.

Slow Living Turar-joy ichki makon dizayni A' Design Award Temir Mukofotining g‘olibi bo‘lib, bu yaxshi loyihalangan ijodlardan kutiladigan kasbiy va sanoat talablariga javob beradigan yaxshi dizaynlarga beriladigan nufuzli e’tirofdir. Temir g‘oliblari o‘z yaratuvchilarining katta mahorati, yuksak ixtisosligi, mutaxassis tushunchasi va ijodiy salohiyatini namoyon etadi. Slow Living Turar-joy ichki makon dizayni yuqori qadrlanadigan, hayrat bilan qaraladigan va suyukli, amaliy hamda innovatsion ijod bo‘lishi kutiladi. A' Design Award Temir Mukofotini qo‘lga kiritgan ushbu dizayn soha eng yaxshi amaliyotlarini uyg‘unlashtiradi va bilim hamda iste’dod bilan bog‘langan layoqatli texnik xususiyatlarga ega. Slow Living Turar-joy ichki makon dizayni puxtaligi uchun hurmatga sazovor bo‘lib, dunyoni yaxshiroq joyga aylantirishga yordam beradigan hayot sifatini yaxshilashni taqdim etish uchun loyihalangan.

Noyob xususiyatlar: The design concept was based on the idea of providing Spatial Semantics for space users, a breakthrough to the conventional residential layout, with living room, dining area, kitchen island-bench, study and all other public domains consolidated into an open yet connected core living domain. At the same time, through demarcation tools such as arches and materials in order to preserved the layering gradation of the interior.
O'lchamlar va qadoqlash: The design interior area is approximately 460 square meters, including three bedroom suites, and living room, dining room, open island-bench, inner kitchen, study and rumpus room.

Ishlab chiqarish texnologiyasi: Black Sandalwood Veneer, Mirror, Titanium-Plating, Masonry Flooring, Hand-Scratched Timber Flooring
Dizayn muammosi: With the design goal of increasing interpersonal interaction in the interior, the design team considered the current life style of the client, and proposed the plan to enlarged the light meal area, as well as opening up the usually closed-off bedroom and rumpus room, which led to a time-consuming yet rewarding process in producing a satisfying living experience for the client eventually.
Tadqiqot: As the client was an enterprise owner near retirement age, although this project was for the living purpose of the client couple, however, their family members would come over on weekends for gathering. Through mosaic masonry floor and titanium-plated entrance, the open-plan public domains capitalized on the high-level vista and natural lighting, with furniture layout to demarcate domain functionality for establishing a comfortable and all-age living space.
Ilhom: In view of the hustle and bustle of the urban life, the design team was inspired by the concept of re-starting a life of fun, while satisfying the social needs of the client for the weekend, along with spatial layout that created independent reading and meditating area, as well as interactive zones for family interactions. The design adopted the modern light classical styling, extended from the design of the exterior and lobby so as to allow the interior and architecture to echo each other.
Loyiha muddati: The project finished in October, 2017 in New Taipei City, Taiwan.
Ish jarayoni: In such open-plan layout, the design team utilized structural elements well to subtly demarcate spaces, or resolve visual obstacles with arches so as to allow the maximum visual ceiling height.
