Yangi terini parvarish qilish mahsulotlarida terini tiklash kontseptsiyasi sumkani qayta ishlash, atrof-muhitni muhofaza qilish va ekologik kontseptsiyaning nol yukiga to'g'ri keladi. 30 kunlik terini davolash jarayonining 60 kunlik oziq-ovqat mahsulotlarining cheklangan raf umrining xususiyatlaridan, 30 va 60 mahsulotni vizual tanib olish belgisi sifatida tanlangan va foydalanishning uch bosqichi 1,2, 3 ko'rish bilan birlashtirilgan.

Platina g‘oliblari yaratilish mo‘jizalari, intellektual ijodkorlik chegaralariga guvohlik bo‘lib, o‘z dizaynerlarining tengsiz kasbiy mahorati va daholigini namoyon etadi. - Unique Properties
- The selling point is 30 Days Skin improvement care course, 60 Days food security level shelf-life remaining. Therefore, they chose 30 and 60 as the visual sign and integrate 1, 2, 3, these three skin care steps into visual identification. The bagasse was made into a round outer packing by using special technology to refine the fiber. Besides, inner packaging was designed to easy to carry and placed.

- Production Technology
- The application of bagasse in packaging is a big challenge, especially in cosmetics packaging. They have made continuous attempts and innovations from the design to the packaging to overcome the problems of extracting impurities from bagasse and pressing wire mesh on the curved wall of the outer packaging, and finally achieved success.
- Design Challenge
- In the process of packaging design and production, they have been innovated in many ways to overcome the problems of extracting impurities from bagasse and punching silk screen on the curved wall of the outer packaging, which finally succeeded.
- Research
- In the double 11 pre-sale activation this year, this product has successfully won the support and love of consumers for its environmental concept, and has become a popular brand of vitality, further improved the degree of goodwill from both new and the existing consumers.
- Inspiration
- Sugarcane is the largest raw material of sugar in China. About 50% of the bagasse fiber can be re-used after squeezing sugar. However, those bagasse was burned directly, which caused wasting of resources and environmental pollution. Therefore，BIOHYALUX decided to make some changes to recycle the bagasse into the product new packaging.
- Project Duration
- The project started in April 2018 in Beijing and finished in November 2018 in Beijing, and was exhibited in TMALL, JD and other sales platforms in November 2018.
- Operation Flow
- Only 50% of bagasse fibers can be used in paper making. If the rest can be recycled instead of being forced to treat or incinerate, it will not cause waste of resources and environmental pollution, which is of great significance to enterprises and society.
Overcoming the site, cost and other reasons, after continuous attempts in the process, they finally succeeded in the experiment, and made environmental protection product design and packaging. - Patents
