About Trex Poster Dizayni

Trex — turbomashinasozlik kompaniyasi tomonidan ishlab chiqilgan yangi atrof-muhitga zararsiz dvigatelni taqdim etish uchun yaratilgan poster. Poster 700 dan 1000 millimetргача bo'lgan o'lchamda bo'lib, raqamli bosma usulida tayyorlanган. Vizual mazmun dvigatel yonish samaradorligini qanday oshirishi va ichki energiya yo'qotilishini qanday kamaytirishini tushuntiradi. Havoli podshipnik tizimi kompressor quvvatini 30 foizga oshiradi va kam chiqindili ishlashni ta'minlaydi. Korpus va havo o'tkazgichlar kabi qismlar havo oqimi samaradorligini yaxshilash uchun B-Spline egri chiziqlari va yuzalari bilan shakllantirilgan. Design Challenge: The challenges of this design are (a)the way of combination between science and art; (b)research about various properties of B-Splines.
Research: Trex is a new and environment-friendly engine product from Birmingham High Performance Turbomachinery. Compared with other engines nowadays, it improves combustion efficiency and reduces the internal loss of energy by radical engine configuration and design. Its Advanced air bearing system improves compressor power by 30% and provides a low emission running. Necessary parts are designed with B-Spline curves and surfaces, contributing to enhancing the airflow efficiency such as the casing, the inlet/outlet air ducts and so on. Like the lotus growing in the pond, Trex is the revolution of traditional engine design.
Inspiration: Compared with other engines nowadays, it improves combustion efficiency and reduces the internal loss of energy by radical engine configuration and design. Like the lotus growing in the pond, Trex is the revolution of traditional engine design.
Project Duration: The project started in October 2018 in The United Kingdom and finished in July 2019 in The United Kingdom.
Operation Flow: It ideally echoes the role of mathematics as an interface between science and art, and demonstrates that B-Spline and CFD can form an excellent combination of science and arts and provide a powerful tool for creating and analyzing arts.
