Z Line House — Indoneziyaning Semarang shahrida joylashgan xususiy uy. Loyihada geometriya va konstruksiyani shakllantirish uchun parametrik tizimdan foydalanilgan. Fasadni bir qator hisoblangan, haykaltaroshona aralashuvlar belgilaydi, ichki makonlar esa gorizontal va vertikal yo'nalishlarda ravon o'tishlar uchun rejalashtirilgan. Geometriya tropik iqlimning kuchli yomg'irlari paytida suv oqimini boshqarish uchun optimallashtirilgan. Batafsil quyosh tadqiqoti sharqiy va g'arbiy fasadlarni loyihalashda yo'l-yo'riq bo'lib xizmat qildi, ochiq joylar esa manzara o'qlari, foydalanuvchi bo'yi va tabiiy yorug'likning bir tekis taqsimlanishiga muvofiq joylashtirilgan.

Z Line House Uy A' Design Award Platina Mukofotining g‘olibi bo‘lib, bu haqiqatan ham noyob, nafis va ulug‘vor dizaynlarga beriladigan o‘ta nufuzli e’tirofdir. Platina g‘oliblari yaratilish mo‘jizalari, intellektual ijodkorlik chegaralariga guvohlik bo‘lib, o‘z dizaynerlarining tengsiz kasbiy mahorati va daholigini namoyon etadi. Ushbu dizaynlarning bir davr estetikasini belgilovchi, jamiyat farovonligiga hissa qo‘shuvchi hamda san’at, fan, dizayn va texnologiya chegaralarini kengaytiruvchi eng mashhur asarlar bo‘lishi kutiladi. Z Line House Uy yuksak mukammallik darajasini namoyon etadi va o‘zining foydali hamda qimmatli xususiyatlari bilan dunyoni shubhasiz yaxshiroq joyga aylantiradi. Unique Properties: The geometric exploration of the home's morphology aimed to maximize the existing site's potential, a series of calculated geometric and sculpture like interventions on the facade exploits the tension between conflicting elements. Production Technology: One significant features that defines the design of the project is the application of a parametric based system for the geometry and the structure. The geometry is optimised to control the water flow from the heavy rainfall in tropical climate. The approach was driven through a detailed solar analysis on the structure, with great attentiveness given to the eastern and western facades. The distribution of the facade's openings were heavily contingent on view axes, occupant height, and the uniform distribution of natural light. Z Line House is realized after a long study and construction phases that took more than 5 years to complete.
Design Challenge: The client's requirements and requisite were very specific and detailed, the primary difficulty was to address the client's request to live in a home that is visually stunning and unique, yet simultaneously maintain the conventional cultural requirements local home. The other challenge arose from the complicated yet very specific flow of activities required within the entire project; where the house serves as a base for the client's profession without hindering in the slightest the day to day residential activities of the home's occupants.
Research: The Z Line house is one of the residential units in Indonesia to address the challenge in construction and design. The Z Line house takes a completely Avant The house addresses issue at a local scale. One of the first residential units to address the challenge in construction and design. The interplay between function, form, light, environmental performance, social response and local assimilation has transformed what is usually considered to be a mundane residential dwelling, to one that has pushed the boundaries of construction and design evolving into an architectural landmark that has become unique to the fabric of the city.
Inspiration: An idea is highly contagious; plant the smallest seed of one and it can grow and multiply into reality. We always been fascinated with the idea of combining the purest and most elementary architectural knowledge with an unorthodox approach to design. The idea of exploring the transition between these two realms excites us tremendously. The house was designed with this particular mindset; A single and specific design approach that unites various psychological elements allowing us to dream of
Project Duration: The project started in October 2014 and finished in October 2019 Semarang, Indonesia.
Operation Flow: The project is one single architecture residence for a client who needs a house that structurally challenging, visually stunning while maintaining a highly efficient working machine as a house. The final result according to the client is a very pleasant house where they are proud to have because it shows who they really are and have a highly effective flow of activity program
