About Fintech Office Thiết Kế Nội Thất Văn Phòng

Fintech Office là không gian nội thất làm việc chung rộng 980 mét vuông được thiết kế cho một thương hiệu công nghệ tài chính tại Bắc Kinh. Một cầu thang xoắn ốc được tạo ra bằng phần mềm thiết kế tham số, nhờ đó hoa văn trên bề mặt của nó phản ánh tính thẩm mỹ của thời đại kỹ thuật số. Một tác phẩm sắp đặt bằng bê tông đúc tạo thành một thác nước và một hồ nước với những chú vịt con bằng đồng, mang đặc điểm nước vào trong nhà tại một thành phố có mùa đông dài lạnh giá. Các vật liệu đơn giản tạo nên bầu không khí làm việc thư giãn. Những chức năng và hoạt động đa dạng mở rộng không gian văn phòng ra đời sống đô thị xung quanh.

Unique Properties: FinTech (financial tech) is an industry that uses technology to make financial services more efficient. Parametric design software, a reflection of new tech, have been employed in a spiral staircase. In addition, a relaxed working atmosphere has been created using simple materials, and various functions and activities encourage employees to remain in the Fintech Co-working. A "micro-urban life group" has been formed, and extends the physical and psychological office space available to employees to allow them to actively embrace urban life.

Design Challenge: FinTech's goal is to eliminate those financial companies who lack new technology. Firstly, how can the beauty of new technology design be shown to distinguish the space from traditional companies' work space? Secondly, employees in this industry, generally, work extremely long hours. How can employees be made to feel at ease and comfortable? Thirdly, the net height of the -1 floor is not enough.
Research: This is an office especially designed for a co-working brand which belonged to FinTech. FinTech (financial tech) is an industry that uses technology to make financial services more efficient. The new aesthetic of the digital era and people loved “water features” have been achieved. Thus a unique environment for FinTech employees has been created. Parametric design technologies, cast concrete and GRG have been employed.
Inspiration: A spiral staircase has been designed using parametric software rather than being drawn by hand, therefore, the generated pattern of the staircase surface looks unique and it highlights the new aesthetic of the digital era; The installation, produced using cast concrete, is a "waterfall" and a "pool". There are even copper ducklings "swimming" on the "water". People love water features but due to the long cold winters, outdoor-waterscapes are not suitable in Beijing.
Project Duration: The project started in Feb 2019 in Beijing and finished in Feb 2020 in Beijing.
Operation Flow: The nature of the open office does not only belong to the inside space of the Fintech Co-working, it also extends to a 6000spm "micro-urban life group" of financial tech companies on the site. This includes the Dragon Restaurant and the atrium which is open to the public and is also considered as a living room of the city. The atrium also extends the physical and psychological office space available to employees to allow them to actively embrace urban life.
