About Assemble New Sprouts Thiết kế Nội thất Trung tâm Ươm tạo Doanh nghiệp

Assemble New Sprouts là thiết kế nội thất của một trung tâm ươm tạo đổi mới sáng tạo mới xây dựng tại một trường đại học ở thành phố Tân Trúc, Đài Loan. Trung tâm hỗ trợ các doanh nghiệp vừa và nhỏ trong việc phát triển công nghệ mới, sản phẩm mới và hoạt động kinh doanh của họ. Các không gian với chức năng khác nhau được bố trí trên các tầng và khu vực riêng biệt nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả sử dụng của không gian nội thất rộng 5.680 mét vuông. Các không gian đa chức năng, khu vực lễ tân và phòng họp được sắp xếp hợp lý, cùng với hệ thống biển chỉ dẫn đơn giản giúp định hướng lưu thông. Màu sắc táo bạo và vật liệu đa dạng tạo nên sự cân bằng giữa tính thực dụng và giá trị thẩm mỹ.

Unique Properties: This design project is the interior design of the newly-built NTHU Innovative Incubation Center. NTHU expects this Center to provide assistance to small and medium enterprises to incubate new technologies, new products, and develop their business. In combination with the campus’ resources and professional fields, it also provides technological service, information support, business support, and administrative support to small and medium enterprises.
Dimensions & Packaging: The sport center is 5680 square meters.

Production Technology: It has fulfilled its aim in creating successful employment opportunities, assistance on the commoditization of new technologies, and creating industry-academic collaboration opportunities.
Design Challenge: Regarding material utilization, colors were boldly used. Color flashes and different materials were used to accumulate organic functions and aesthetics to hit the balance between them.
Research: Therefore, the designer designed spaces with different functions on different layers and different areas, enabling all users to enhance their space usage efficiency. Multi-functional spaces, a reception area, conference room, and other spaces were designed and simple signs were used as flow indicators.
Inspiration: The design of this project emphasizes the connection between life attitude and space rather than style and form. Home should return to its essence and use practical aesthetics as is core value.
It has fulfilled its aim in creating successful employment opportunities, assistance on the commoditization of new technologies, and creating industry-academic collaboration opportunities.
Project Duration: The project finished in April 2016. Locates in Hsinchu City, Taiwan.
Operation Flow: During the designing process, under the original configuration of the building, large amounts of common and individual spaces had to be designed and these spaces also had to be clearly demarcated regarding their flow.
