About Codice Bao Bì Chai Rượu Vang

Codice là một thiết kế bao bì cho chai rượu vang, lấy cảm hứng từ các bản thảo cổ thời trung cổ (codex). Codex là những cuốn sách viết tay được tạo ra trước khi máy in ra đời, trong đó các chữ cái viết hoa trở thành những tác phẩm nghệ thuật. Nhãn chai được sản xuất trên giấy có họa tiết nổi và dập nhũ, được dán lên chai kiểu Bordeaux. Một tờ giấy thực vật được niêm phong bao bọc quanh chai và mang các hình minh họa về những biểu tượng của nhà máy rượu vang. Tờ giấy được đóng kín bằng sáp niêm phong ở phía trên, do đó nội dung chỉ được hé lộ khi lớp bọc được mở ra.

Unique Properties: The Codex design is a timeless piece, which captures the meaning of the name loaded with content. The Codices were manuscripts in books prior to the invention of the printing press, in which the capitular letters became works of art in themselves.

Production Technology: Bordeaux bottle and label in reliefs and stamping. Sealed vegetal paper.
Design Challenge: A search of the ancient codex books to define the style and understand the hierarchies of the elements has been necessary to carry out the illustrations.

Inspiration: Working a classic universe in a cleaner and renewed way we get a timeless, dedicated piece, full of expressiveness and history. The graphics that are transferred to the paper tell the story of the symbols of the winery.
Project Duration: From June 2019 to January 2020
Operation Flow: A page that looks like it's ripped from an old code filled with symbols from the cellar, surrounds the bottle. The user must fix the paper to discover its content, since it is sealed with sealing wax on top.
