About City Vue Thiết kế Nội thất Căn hộ Chung cư

City Vue là một thiết kế nội thất căn hộ chung cư với diện tích sàn 113 mét vuông. Bố cục ban đầu của căn nhà mới không phù hợp với sinh hoạt hàng ngày của cư dân. Các phòng đã được bố trí lại để bao gồm một phòng làm việc nhỏ và một phòng ngủ có phòng tắm riêng, đồng thời một số bức tường đã được phá bỏ để cải thiện sự lưu thông của không gian. Các cánh cửa ẩn được bổ sung tại những khu vực như phòng tắm và nhà bếp nhằm duy trì các đường nét gọn gàng xuyên suốt ngôi nhà. Những gam màu trầm, tĩnh lặng cùng nội thất gỗ tối màu tạo nên một không gian yên bình cho cư dân và khách của họ.

Unique Properties: The residential planning and design case was for the renovation of a new residence but the original layout was not suiting their lifestyle. A plan attack was make to reconfigure all the rooms to a small study room and an en suite bedroom to give a more luxury space. Hidden doors are added to different areas such as bathroom and kitchen to keep the clean lines thought out the areas.

Research: Understand of Client ideal lifestyle , needs and wants
Inspiration: The overall is dominated by dark and smoothing colors that symbolize luxury yet low-key life, and complemented by dark wooden furniture to create a home full of taste and texture. The master plan outlines a mid modern century home style through clean lines, spacious area, and customized furniture. It is hoped that the client can have a slow environment after their busy day work, and at the same time can serve as an ideal home to the client and guests.
