About Tianxi No.1 Thiết Kế Nội Thất Trung Tâm Bán Hàng

Tianxi No.1 là trung tâm bán hàng cho một dự án khu dân cư tại khu vực trung tâm sầm uất của Thâm Quyến, Trung Quốc. Không gian nội thất có diện tích 1900 mét vuông và theo phong cách phương Đông hiện đại. Một cảnh quan mặt nước rộng lớn đánh dấu lối vào, và lối đi bộ ven mặt nước dài 50 mét dẫn khách tham quan vào bên trong. Các vách ngăn lưới kim loại phân chia không gian và hé lộ một phần các khu vực phía sau. Một giếng trời hình tam giác đưa ánh sáng ban ngày chiếu xuống mặt nước. Các tác phẩm thư pháp được giải cấu trúc và đặt trên 20 tác phẩm sắp đặt bàn xoay. Mục tiêu là mang đến một bầu không khí yên tĩnh và tự nhiên giữa lòng khu thương mại.

Unique Properties: Located in the bustling downtown area of Shenzhen,Tianxi No.1 is full of commercial atmosphere and sees the hustle and bustle of the city. As a local high-end real estate, it hopes to convey a kind of elegant and secluded life of oriental humanities in the impetuous downtown.

Production Technology: In Tianxi No.1, the "partition" technique is used to define the space rhythm with the virtual metal mesh; through the metal mesh, the vaguely predicted backfield evokes the desire to explore the space.
The project uses extensive indoor architecture, giving full play to the advantage of spatial height, and adopting some geometric composition to open a triangular skylight structure. Light pours to the surface of the water, forming a natural broad light and shadow effect, which introduces the feelings of nature and outdoors into the originally airtight indoor, and enhances the close relationship between man and nature.
Dr. Ren Tianjin's calligraphy works have been deconstructed and reorganized, and are scattered on 20 turntable installations by the concept of contemporary art to write contemporary poetic art through the strokes of tea-stained texture.
Design Challenge: what kind of inspiration can oriental aesthetics bring to people at the place which full of commercial atmosphere and sees the hustle and bustle of the city.
Inspiration: The entrance uses a wide waterscape to create a place atmosphere of the whole space, and in the core of the downtown, a sense of place is set off in a quiet way. Stepping on the 50m waterfront footpath, the state of mind changes quickly, and you can feel the quietness in the noisy environment. The footpath further meanders forward by 46m into the interior, skillfully using the Oriental Garden's landscape change.
