About Fingerprint Custom Primary Function: Thiết Kế Nội Thất Văn Phòng

Book Text: Fingerprint Custom là một không gian nội thất văn phòng tọa lạc tại Hạ Môn, Phúc Kiến, Trung Quốc. Thiết kế chuyển hóa họa tiết trừu tượng của dấu vân tay thành hình thái không gian, thể hiện giá trị doanh nghiệp về sự trân trọng khả năng sáng tạo của mỗi con người. Hiệu quả định hướng bố cục, với các vách ngăn đơn giản và lối lưu thông thông suốt. Vật liệu chính bao gồm tấm sơn nướng trắng, thép không gỉ vân nước, kính uốn cong và tấm gỗ tự nhiên. Một hình dấu vân tay lõm cùng khối cầu gợi liên tưởng đến đồng tử của mắt tạo điểm nhấn cho khu vực tiếp tân.

Unique Properties: In the enterprise characteristics of fingerprint technology, we deeply explore the platform value of "respecting everyone's creativity and turning the impossible into the possible". From the beginning of entering the space, we continuously implant such points in the design with materials, colors and spatial modeling, etc., to convey the enterprise value in the spatial experience.
Dimensions & Packaging: The height of the floor is 3840, the modeling height of the front desk is 2580, and the width of each floor is 80 to make the seam treatment. The operation is carried out on site according to the enlargement proportion of the drawings, and the operation is carried out with the density board as the base. The concave shape has a total width of 1460, which means the bearing of human fingerprint, and then highlights the sphere shape, meaning the pupil.

Production Technology: The main material of this case is white abnormity baking lacquer board, water ripple stainless steel, arc glass, natural wood decoration panel, etc. A large area of white baking paint panel as the background color, the main color in the brand identification interspersed into the space, expressing the brand as the origin, in the blank artistic conception, can meet all kinds of unlimited imagination, and reach the ultimate goal of brand service.
Design Challenge: The plane layout is the most critical and the most difficult step in the whole office design, which is what we call the office dynamic line design. First of all, I think the space size should be determined according to the behavior and psychological needs (such as perceptual space or psychological space, etc.) of office staff with more than 100 employees.
Research: On the basis of aesthetics, brand attributes and spiritual expression are the deeper logic. Based on this thinking, we represent the abstract pattern of a fingerprint in the form of an intention. We deeply explore the platform value of "respecting everyone's creativity and turning the impossible into the possible".
Inspiration: In terms of the overall style, based on the high efficiency of the office, the space takes the concise partition and smooth moving line as the functional basis point, and integrates more clever thinking in the creativity, creating a sense of rhythm and artistic aesthetics in the simplicity.
Project Duration: Starting from December 2019 and finishing in March 2020, the site is Guojin Plaza, Xiamen, Fujian, China
Operation Flow: The office is more than just a place to work. It's our second home, and sometimes we spend more time in the office than at home. The office decoration needs three steps, namely, the preparation stage, the design stage and the construction stage. Arrive at the geographical location, understand the surrounding environment of the city, understand the direction of the company's functional requirements and brand characteristics.
