Giới thiệu ServiceNow Primary Function: Thiết Kế Nội Thất Văn Phòng

ServiceNow là một thiết kế nội thất văn phòng có diện tích 1800 mét vuông trải rộng trên hai tòa nhà được kết nối với nhau. Bố cục thay thế các ô làm việc khép kín bằng cách bố trí chỗ ngồi trong không gian bán mở được sắp xếp thành các khu làm việc lân cận. Ý tưởng bắt nguồn từ nghiên cứu về khái niệm khu phố, vừa là một không gian vừa là một cộng đồng dân cư địa phương. Một bản phác thảo vách ngăn đơn giản với đường viền mảnh và một đường chéo cắt ngang đã tạo hình cho hoa văn khu vực lễ tân, các buồng điện thoại mở và các vách ngăn. Gỗ tái chế được sử dụng cho đảo bếp và bục phát biểu tại căng tin, còn các khối xây dựng tái chế tạo thành phần đế của đảo bếp.

Đặc Tính Riêng Biệt: The initial concept of the project was born from the research of what is Israeli "Locality". Taking into consideration that the company shifted from sitting in cubicles to sitting in a semi open-space, this created the perfect basis to the concept. The term "neighborhood" was studied in terms of space, and in terms of the local population. The brief received spoke the love and appreciation for recycled and local materials. These two became the basis to the design.
Kích Thước & Đóng Gói: The project is 1800 sqm including a new section in a new building, and a renovated side in the original building. Both Buildings are connected and therefore it is one large office.

Công Nghệ Sản Xuất: Following the brief's importance in using recycled materials, we used recalimed wood in the cafeteria kitchen island, along with the cafeteria's tribune. In addition, the kitchen island top wood is placed on recycled building blocks used as the base to the island.
Thử Thách Thiết Kế: The challenge of the project from the clients' side was "selling" the transition from cubicles to open-space seating. Therefore, for us, the creative research for the correct partiton that will part between workers and also between the workers and the social corridor was a main challenge. In addition, budget was challenging and therefore the design had to be unique and creative but not expensive.
Nghiên Cứu: We researched the term "neighborhood" in terms of space, and in terms of the local population. We asked questions such as "what is eating in a neighborhood?" "what is it like working in a neighborhood?" "what is it like socializing in a neighborhood?" and etc. in addition, the client gave us a brief which spoke the love and appreciation for recycled, re-used, local materials.
The answers to these questions and requests were the first blossoms to the initial plan layout, design concept, materials and colors, and even the fine details of the graphic language, carpentry and furniture.
Cảm Hứng: We researched the term "neighborhood" in terms of space, and in terms of the local population. We asked questions such as "what is eating in a neighborhood?" "what is it like working in a neighborhood?" "what is it like socializing in a neighborhood?" The design language was born from a basic sketch of an almost tribal looking partition, with a thin border and a diagonal crossing. This produced the formative design coming to life in the reception pattern, the open phone booth, and partitions.
Thời Gian Dự Án: Project started in October 2019 in Petah Tikva Israel and finished October 2020.
Quy Trình Vận Hành: The project includes an entrance with a large reception and a Client-Facing conference room, 2 large training rooms connected by a collectible partition, small coffee point for visitors, large cafeteria, A-Formal and Formal conference rooms and meeting salons, open phone booths, phone booth rooms and a neighborhood working area. In addition there is a game room and a large A formal conference room with a wooden tribune.
