About Sunac Yipin Yantai Thiết kế Nội thất Biệt thự

Sunac Yipin Yên Đài là dự án thiết kế nội thất nhà ở cho một biệt thự bốn tầng tại Yên Đài, Sơn Đông, Trung Quốc. Ngôi nhà nằm trên bờ biển Bột Hải, được bao bọc bởi núi, biển và cây xanh. Không gian nội thất có diện tích 350 mét vuông, theo đuổi phong cách quốc tế hiện đại. Các không gian mở kết nối các phòng với cảnh quan thiên nhiên, trong đó ánh nắng, đá và nước đóng vai trò là những yếu tố dẫn dắt. Các tác phẩm nghệ thuật đặt làm riêng cùng những vật liệu được lựa chọn kỹ lưỡng làm dịu đi tính hình học nghiêm ngặt của mặt bằng. Mục tiêu hướng đến là tạo nên một không gian nghỉ dưỡng yên bình và thư thái, được kiến tạo bởi nghệ thuật và văn hóa.

Unique Properties: As a four-story residential space, it is located on China's Bohai coastline, surrounded by mountains and seas and vegetation. It shows the ultimate elegance and comfort to the greatest extent. It made a harmonious and perfect balance between the interior and the original ecology.

Production Technology: Marco Tirelli's paintings inhabit the boundary between fantasy and reality, deep into the labyrinth of memory. With the metaphysical Umbrian school of painting, it reconstructs the basis of a poetic and gentle world. Like the rising sun in the morning, it means the bright morning stars on the sea.
Design Challenge: Difficulty: In the neat indoor space, create an internal landscape and an internal environment to bring the vitality to the space. Operation Flow: 1.Refine floor plans and do layout design in a rigorous way.
2.Refine 3D models and do reasoning and verification of the space.
3.Make project on-site stakeout and consider dimension and light condition of the space
4.Order custom-made art pieces, do material selection, control details of project construction
5.Render the complete space with famous photographers.
