About Past Time Trung Tâm Kinh Doanh

Past Time là một trung tâm kinh doanh tọa lạc tại Cáp Nhĩ Tân, Trung Quốc, với diện tích nội thất 800 mét vuông. Thiết kế lấy cảm hứng từ di sản kiến trúc địa phương. Gạch đỏ, một chất liệu quen thuộc trên các bức tường ngoài của những công trình cổ tại Cáp Nhĩ Tân, được đưa vào không gian nội thất như một bức tường nền để gợi nhớ về quá khứ. Một hành lang nghệ thuật trưng bày những bức ảnh của các công nhân từ một nhà máy luyện thép, kết nối không gian với lịch sử của thành phố. Những bề mặt da đơn giản được kết hợp với các khung đồng và vàng cùng một tác phẩm sắp đặt nghệ thuật lớn, để những dấu ấn lịch sử hòa quyện với thiết kế đương đại.

Unique Properties: The project is located in Harbin. Harbin, as the Moscow of the East, has a special historical process and geographical location, which has created Harbin’s diverse culture and exotic atmosphere. Taking the responsibility of the inheritance of architectural culture, the designer extracted elements from traditional Harbin architecture and constructed a space with memories of the past and modern luxury.

Design Challenge: Balancing historical and contemporary elements is the difficulty and key point of design. Regarding the history of the city itself as a meaningful source of creation, it reflects and reorganizes the entire past years.
Research: The designer takes "industry·memory" as the design theme, and takes the historical events of the machine factory as the axis. In the processing of space and the grasp of the scale, the materials with temperature and the modelling with meaning are used to inspire our understanding of history. Enrich the story of the sales office, thereby creating an exhibition space with contemporary significance without losing modern art.
Inspiration: Red bricks are a common texture of the exterior walls of old buildings in Harbin. The designer incorporated the red brick walls as the exterior facades into the interior to evoke memories of the past. The art corridor is hung with photos of workers in the steelmaking plant, connecting the space with the history of the city and carrying the memory of urban development.
Project Duration: Heilongjiang, China
Operation Flow: The clean and minimalist leather is matched with the luxurious and beautiful bronze and golden frame, injecting modern elements into the historical tone, which is closer to the taste of modern people. In this way, historical relics and contemporary design perfectly meet here.
