About Shenzhen Invison Primary Function: Thiết Kế Nội Thất Khách Sạn

Shenzhen Invison là một dự án thiết kế nội thất khách sạn có diện tích 15368,8 mét vuông tại Thâm Quyến. Chủ đề là hành trình tìm kiếm khoảng thời gian đã mất, lấy cảm hứng từ những ký ức bản địa như làng chài và khu công nghệ khoa học. Văn hóa Lĩnh Nam được kết hợp với các vật liệu kim loại công nghiệp nhằm tạo nên một trật tự hiện đại và tinh tế. Tại sảnh chờ, những bức tường gạch được xếp thành từng lớp với tỷ lệ đồng đều, được kiểm tra trực tiếp tại công trình để đảm bảo cả độ bền lẫn hiệu ứng thị giác. Hệ thống cửa kính từ sàn đến trần rộng rãi mang ánh sáng tự nhiên vào các phòng khách và góp phần giảm mức tiêu thụ năng lượng.

Unique Properties: The design presents the hotel to the public with the image of industrial civilization integrating humanistic care and natural technology to create a brand-new hotel with both industrial sense and modernity, and interpret Shenzhen's urban heritage through a vibrant contemporary design vocabulary.

Production Technology: The exquisiteness of brick walls is used on the walls in the lobby, where all the layers of brick walls follow a uniform proportion. On the one hand, designers and engineers need to ensure the firmness of the brick wall, and on the other hand, they need to consider the design effect. Each process is carried out in an orderly manner to verify accurate and precise installation on site.
Design Challenge: This difficult project requires a great amount of energy to complete including the arrangement of a sufficient number of brick walls and the sophisticated workmanship.
Research: The hotel is located 30 meters away from the Guanlan exit of Meiguan Highway on the north-south central axis of Shenzhen city. Positioned at the gateway of the Yesun Science and Technology Park with an area of over one million square meters, in which there are many Unicorn start-up enterprises and government major medical scientific research project bases, technology intelligent enterprises, and Fortune 500 companies.
Inspiration: The design is developed with the theme of "in search of lost time", seeking inspiration from the characteristics of Shenzhen's memory such as fishing villages, science and technology cities, etc. At the same time, it combines Lingnan culture and industrial style metal materials to present a new order form that interesting and meticulous design details can be found everywhere.
Project Duration: The project started in August 2019 in Shenzhen and finished in September 2020 in Shenzhen.
Operation Flow: The design of extensive floor-to-ceiling windows maximizes the use of natural light, which optimize energy consumption and reduce energy costs for the guest rooms.
