About Vanke Yantai Chang An Primary Function: Trung tâm giao dịch bất động sản

Vanke Yantai Chang An là một trung tâm giao dịch bất động sản tọa lạc tại thành phố Yên Đài, quận Lai Sơn. Không gian nội thất rộng 2368 mét vuông, bao gồm một sảnh chờ rộng lớn với trần nhà cao. Chủ đề thiết kế lấy cảm hứng từ phong cách sống thượng lưu được miêu tả trong tiểu thuyết "Đi tìm thời gian đã mất" và trong bộ phim "Đại gia Gatsby". Các tông màu đen và trắng được kết hợp với một chiếc đèn chùm đương đại nhằm mang đến cho không gian một nét thanh lịch, sang trọng. Unique Properties: This is a sales center located in Yantai city, this project has a really spacious lobby, and high ceiling which is just right for the design inspiration theme. The "Gatsby style" stated that the designer is demonstrating a luxury life style in this space and the art installations such as the camera statue also corresponded to the design theme and furniture settings.

Research: Research started with the elite life style described in the noble "A la recherche du temps perdu", developed based on the movie " The Great Gatsby".
Inspiration: Starting point of the inspiration is the market position and specific location of the project. The space itself needs to satisfy and reflect lifestyle for elites. To show the character the designer chose a very iconic style which could refer back the the noble by Marcel Proust, "A la recherche du temps perdu", and the movie "The Great Gatsby". Black and white together with the contemporary chandelier illuminated the elegancy of the whole space.
