About Poly Huadu T4 Nội thất Văn phòng Chia sẻ

Poly Huadu T4 là một không gian nội thất văn phòng chia sẻ tọa lạc tại Quảng Châu. Dự án có diện tích 1250 mét vuông và phục vụ các doanh nhân cùng những nhóm nhỏ. Ý tưởng người mơ mộng dẫn dắt cách bố trí, kết hợp khu vực làm việc mở với mô-đun quầy cà phê. Một phòng họp được trang bị bức tường cảm hứng làm từ 2000 chiếc bút chì. Một chiếc sofa xoay và hệ thống chiếu sáng mang lại sự đa dạng cho không gian chung. Các đường thẳng đứng tại lối vào giúp nội thất trông cao hơn. Tông màu gỗ và các bề mặt trắng làm dịu đi sự căng thẳng của môi trường văn phòng.

Unique Properties: DREAMER for Dream Chasers. The place where dreams start is what designer intend to define directly the nature of this co-working space. DREAMER is fully integrated into interior designs to provide different possibilities. From the open area integrating with a coffee bar module to the conference room with 2000 pencils as the inspiration wall, and to the original rotating sofa and lighting system, Dream Chasers can get rid of boring environment and go into a space full of tension and imagination.

Design Challenge: Designers pay great attention to the overall atmosphere, because the whole is mainly open space, creating obvious space isolation and avoiding communication obstacles. A variety of creative space devices can stimulate imagination in work.
Research: This work is located in Huadu District, Guangzhou. The culture and history here are closely connected with the Jianghu, and people are close to nature. Need more modern and international design language. Based on the circle and arc, transform the essence of local resources and culture into indoor landscape, and create space works that give consideration to beauty and practicability, openness, comfort and imagination.
Inspiration: T4 joint office area belongs to the shared office mode, which aims to provide office space and supporting services for entrepreneurs or small institutions. After analyzing the customer group attributes, designer take "dreamer" as the core concept of design, express it for everyone who has a dream, provide rich supply in the space, and meet the needs and scenes of liberalization and personalization.

Operation Flow: The vertical lines at the entrance make the office scene higher. The combination of wood color and white skillfully neutralizes the depression and tension brought by the office space
