Giới thiệu Living in the Clouds Thiết kế Nội thất Căn hộ Chung cư

Living in the Clouds là nội thất căn hộ penthouse tọa lạc tại tầng 32 ở Tân Bắc, Đài Loan. Ngôi nhà rộng 300 mét vuông này thường xuyên chìm trong sương mù, và thiết kế đã lấy cảm hứng từ bối cảnh này thông qua các tông màu đất phong phú tạo nên bầu không khí bình yên và vững chãi. Đá, gỗ và kim loại được kết hợp để tăng thêm chiều sâu và kết cấu tự nhiên. Nội thất và đèn chiếu sáng màu xám ấm mang lại vẻ ngoài hiện đại. Khu vực sinh hoạt chung kết nối phòng khách, bếp đảo và khu vực ăn uống, trong khi ba phòng ngủ với cửa sổ lớn hướng ra thành phố.

Đặc Tính Riêng Biệt: The penthouse apartment is situated on level 32 overlooking Taipei city. The custom floor plan has a well thought out approach that encompasses daily living for one individual or an entire family, whilst allowing for the flexibility to entertain an intimate gathering or transformed for a large soiree. The earth-toned space is a primary theme throughout, with subtle changes to depth and the natural texture of stone, wood and metal stack the thickness of the field, which form a natural and vivid modern scenery. The warm grey-tone furniture and lighting fixtures gives a timeless and contemporary look and feel.

Công Nghệ Sản Xuất: Rose gold titanium ion coated stainless steel frame mounting glass were selected for partition material in study and several sliding doors to create luxurious look and uniqueness in the space. Smart home lighting and control system was adopted for better connectivity and enhanced living experience.
Thử Thách Thiết Kế: As it was a roughcast apartment ,the most challenging aspect of this project was initial space planning and fundamental works. The project scope including joinery detailing, carpentry, coordinating electrical and mechanical services for lighting and ventilation outlets, air conditioning, painting, a new kitchen and bathroom appliances installations, furniture selection and soft furnishings throughout.
Nghiên Cứu: There were many challenging aspects on both the design and interior construction. The consultant team cooperated successfully with the builders and craftsmen to achieve the aesthetics from the original concept while maintaining practical functionality.
Cảm Hứng: This luxurious penthouse apartment is situated in an elevated position of New Taipei City, Taiwan and overlooking the city. The location is often surrounded by fog, a dream-like state like living in the clouds. Inspired by this nature phenomenon, this design is takes inspiration from the rich and elegant earth tones, creating a noble and stable atmosphere. A thoughtful selection of colors and shades creates a unique spatial tension. The ingenious mix and match of different textures further stimulates the harmony of Zen. Living in this peaceful home is like meditating in the mountain that brings people stillness and relaxation in the midst of the obstacles in life.
Thời Gian Dự Án: The project started in February and finished in July, 2021 in New Taipei City, Taiwan .
Quy Trình Vận Hành: The public area is an open space including the living room, open-plan island kitchen and dining area. The Living room has large windows overlooking a vast and striking cityscape of Taipei. Entering the private area - the large master bedroom suite is situated at the rear of the apartment, with a glass door opening into a private and luxurious bathroom. There are two additional bedrooms with ensuite adjacent to the master bedroom. Every bedroom has large windows overlooking the city and providing ample nature light.
