About Beijing Wonderful Không gian Nghệ thuật Văn phòng

Beijing Wonderful là một không gian nghệ thuật văn phòng đa chức năng tọa lạc tại Bắc Kinh, Trung Quốc. Nội thất có diện tích khoảng 2100 mét vuông. Tầng một bao gồm khu vực tiếp đón và nghỉ ngơi dành cho khách, các khu vực nghệ thuật để trưng bày bộ sưu tập và biểu diễn piano, cùng những không gian riêng biệt dành cho ăn uống và làm việc. Tầng hai là khu vực văn phòng. Một sắp đặt gương phong cảnh trong sảnh tiếp đón vừa đóng vai trò là cấu trúc không gian vừa là một tác phẩm điêu khắc. Trần màng mềm và dải ánh sáng trên sàn điều chỉnh độ sáng và sắc ấm. Thiết kế kết nối mặt tiền gạch đỏ với không gian nội thất tĩnh lặng và hiện đại.

Unique Properties: The building volume is progressive, forming a visual continuity with the red brick facade. It connects the past and the future with space as the carrier, epitomizing the city under the changes of the times. Based on the concept of Beginning, the designer overlaps light and shadow with nature, which performs the atmosphere through modern minimalism, and recombs the symbiotic relationship between architecture and interior.
Dimensions & Packaging: As a multi-functional complex business space, the project has a total construction area of 2.100 square meters. The first floor has areas for guest reception and rest, art areas for collection show and piano performing. independent areas for dining and working. The second floor is the office area.

Production Technology: A soft film ceiling surface light is added to the landscape device to adjust the temperature and brightness. At the same time, a soft light band is added to the ground to let the light illuminate the whole device. There is a sense of mutual echo and specious haziness between the definition of space and the mirror reflection. In the long years, the landscape has overprinted the eyes of generations. This is the humanistic memory and aesthetic history of the East, "said the designer.
Design Challenge: The landscape mirror installation in the reception area of the front hall is not only a spatial structure, but also a decorative sculpture. The curve is extended and the light and shadow flow. It is quite like what poetry says that as the clouds disappear, the sun rises and no one is seen. Green mountains and rivers suddenly can be seen when there was a scull. With the natural sound of water, the water drop fountain connects the quiet, poetic and future.
Research: With the change of times, the new generation, new economy, and new variables continue to burst out, and the new space will become the home of the soul. By capturing the natural images and field emotions, we can give new power to the space, and transform the wonderful office art space of Beijing after revival, which will be compatible, overlapping and growing with the residents.
Inspiration: Focus on the real space users and their emotions in it. Design is not only about the building itself, but also about how the building space is used. Through the combination of space narrative and user's emotion, the different scales between city and building, the function and emotion between human and space, and different levels are interrelated and complementary to achieve the ultimate unity, which is the real meaning of space.
