About Scent Chức năng chính: Bao bì Tinh dầu

Scent là một bộ bao bì tinh dầu được tạo ra như một món quà lưu niệm du lịch lấy cảm hứng từ Đài Loan. Bộ sản phẩm gồm một chai tinh dầu bằng thủy tinh với nắp nhựa và một viên đá khuếch tán làm từ thạch cao và bột màu. Tinh dầu được nhỏ lên viên đá khuếch tán, nơi chất lỏng lan tỏa theo họa tiết của viên đá trong khi hương thơm được giải phóng, kết nối thị giác và khứu giác trong cùng một ký ức. Hộp được cấu tạo từ lớp vỏ ngoài bằng nhựa mờ, hộp cứng bọc bìa, mút xốp và giấy mỹ thuật. Mục đích là mang đến một lựa chọn thay thế cho những món quà lưu niệm thương mại thông thường.

Unique Properties: Tourism is an important income to Taiwan, and also it is a good way to promote its international reputation. Additionally, Taiwan has rich in cultural history and magnificent natural landscapes, which are deeply impressed the tourism. However,it is a pity that Taiwan's characteristics are mostly commercialized, and unchanging on visual and taste souvenirs. Those reasons bring it hard to attract the attention of international tourists.

Production Technology: Diffuser stone uses gypsum, pigment.

Design Challenge: We frustrated in the development of taste and design thinking at first. However, through discussing with teachers, searching for information on the Internet, and seeking professional assistance, the works gradually moved towards the path we imagined.
Research: Through analysis of information, scent chemical extraction experiments, observation of daily life, etc. In every discussion and repeated revision of the design, we make Taiwan's smelling characteristic more idealized. Finally, to achieve having a different from the standard commercial souvenirs on the market, and create the new experience in souvenirs.
Inspiration: Taiwan, as well as the island nation, tourism is an important income to us, and also it is a good way to promote Taiwan international reputation. Additionally, Taiwan has rich in cultural history and magnificent natural landscapes, which are deeply impressed by tourists who have visited Taiwan. Those reasons bring it hard to attract the attention of international tourists.
Project Duration: The project started in Taichung, Taiwan in August 2021. Completed in Taichung, Taiwan in April 2022, and exhibited in Taipei, Taiwan in June 2022.
Operation Flow: Drop the essential oil on the diffuser stone, and observe the essential oil winding along with the pattern of the diffuser stone, meanwhile smelling the fragrance. To create a simultaneous memory in two senses, smell and sight.
