About Peach Blossom Spring Nhà ở tư nhân

Đào Hoa Nguyên là một dinh thự tư nhân tọa lạc tại Nam Kinh, Trung Quốc. Thiết kế tuân theo nguyên tắc lấy con người làm trung tâm, tránh chủ nghĩa hình thức phức tạp, ưu tiên sự thoải mái trong sinh hoạt hàng ngày của cư dân. Những chất liệu trung tính, điềm tĩnh tạo nên điểm khởi đầu, trong khi sự kết hợp táo bạo giữa các vật liệu như đồng thau và gỗ, đá cẩm thạch và kính mang lại sự phong phú cho không gian. Các phương pháp truyền thống Trung Hoa về đóng khung và mượn cảnh đã tạo nên một trình tự không gian đầy chất thơ. Vật liệu thân thiện với môi trường được áp dụng xuyên suốt công trình. Nội thất bao gồm một lò sưởi có đường kính 600 milimét.

Unique Properties: This project is a designer home. When the identities of the designer and the owner overlap, the design seems to be pulled back to its origin. There is no need for aesthetic recognition or style, but just a place where the designer can be themselves. Because it is a house, there are no restrictions on the use of materials and layout. In the design, designer boldly tried the combination of various materials, such as brass and logs, marble and glass.

Production Technology: First, follow the "people-oriented" design principle, abandon complex formalism, care for the real experience of residents;

Third, boldly try the combination of a variety of materials, so that the interest and richness of the space effectively improve.
Design Challenge: A combination of many materials.
Research: In the design, a bold attempt was made to combine various materials, such as brass and wood, marble and glass, etc., to create a house that contains high-level texture and exquisite emotion.
Inspiration: The Chinese classic "Peach Blossom Land" gave me the inspiration for this design. The comfortable and comfortable life described in the book is desirable. Some traditional Chinese design techniques are also applied in the design, such as sceneries sandwiching and borrowing, to create a poetic space.
Project Duration: The project started in April 2021 in Nanjing and finished in September 2021 in Nanjing.
Operation Flow: With a calm neutral texture as the starting point, abandoning complex formalism, coupled with clever spatial sequence planning, finally create a pure home environment, which is also the look of home in my mind.
