About Yunnan Lijiang Dongcheng International Trung tâm Triển lãm

Yunnan Lijiang Dongcheng International là một trung tâm triển lãm bán bất động sản tại Lệ Giang, Vân Nam. Không gian nội thất chiếm hai tầng của một tòa nhà thương mại trước đây, với tầng một cao 6000 mm và tầng hai cao 4500 mm. Văn hóa các dân tộc thiểu số địa phương định hướng cho thiết kế. Mây và gỗ veneer được xếp chồng thành từng lớp tỉ mỉ nhằm gợi nhớ đến lối sống truyền thống Trung Hoa. Mái dốc, đình thủy tạ trong nhà và bức tường cảnh quan khảm mosaic ở sảnh vào tạo thêm nét đặc trưng văn hóa. Hệ lam nhôm giữ cho không gian bên trong và bên ngoài luôn được kết nối.

Unique Properties: The project is located in Lijiang, Yunnan province, with sunshine all year round. Most of the residents are ethnic minorities. Regardless of the architectural appearance, the culture has its own unique side. The integration of local culture into the design makes the project have unique characteristics and temperament. The elegant Chinese elements of rattan and wood veneer are carefully stacked, conveying the feeling of ancient and elegant life.
Dimensions & Packaging: This project has two floors. The height of first floor is 6000MM and the second floor is 4500MM.

Design Challenge: The challenge is how to design the project to meet the usage needs and aesthetic standards of local customers? As a result, we did a lot of market research on local architectural features and humanistic features, and thinking deeply about the possibilities of the projects.
Research: It is a real estate sales exhibition center, the original building is a commercial building.
Inspiration: Quoted in: "There are bridges and pines in the mountains, and there are dragons in the river" - "shijing, Zheng Feng, Fusu".
Find the poetry from the poems, then we construct the design by combining the Sichuan style and regional design.
Project Duration: The project started in June 10th, 2020 in Yunnan and finished in April 30th, 2021.
Operation Flow: This exhibition center will be advertised on print media and urban digital media to attract more customers, as well as cooperate with the third parties.
