Carlsberg Interior Design là một công trình nội thất văn phòng được thiết kế cho Carlsberg Việt Nam, với diện tích 1100 mét vuông. Không gian làm việc linh hoạt và dễ thích ứng, đáp ứng nhu cầu của từng nhân viên. Các khu vực yên tĩnh cho phép làm việc tập trung, trong khi các khu vực mở hỗ trợ các dự án nhóm và thảo luận chung. Bố cục có thể được thay đổi dễ dàng, do đó chỗ ngồi và các yếu tố khác được sắp xếp lại khi nhu cầu kinh doanh thay đổi. Mô hình làm việc kết hợp được hỗ trợ, cho phép làm việc tại văn phòng hoặc tại nhà. Thiết kế kết hợp di sản của thương hiệu với các yếu tố đương đại.

Production Technology: - To come up with the design, the team used various techniques and methodologies. The first step was to gather information about the needs of Carlsberg's clients and employees. This involved conducting interviews and surveys to gain a deeper understanding of how people use the space and what they need to work effectively. The team also studied trends in workplace design and researched innovative technologies and materials that could be used in the space.

Design Challenge: One of the main challenges in designing the Carlsberg office is to balance the company's image and heritage with modern design trends. Carlsberg is a well-known beer brand with a rich history that spans more than 170 years. As such, the office should reflect the brand's legacy and cultural heritage, while also incorporating modern design elements to create a contemporary and vibrant work environment.
Research: - ADP conduct the Workplace Index Survey to understand the employees' need while using the focus group interview for the management team and Board of Director
Inspiration: The interior design of the Carlsberg Vietnam office draws inspiration from the concept of "probably the best beer in the world" and fulfills the client's specifications for a welcoming, high-quality office that expresses the vision of Carlsberg. This approach ensures that the design reflects the brand's values and creates an environment that inspires both employees and visitors.
Project Duration: The office design and build project is carried out from July 6 to September 13 2022
Operation Flow: The design of the office is also highly adaptable, with a flexible layout that makes it easy to make changes in seating and other design elements as needed. This flexibility enables Carlsberg Vietnam to adapt quickly to changing business needs and stay ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving industry.
