About Shochu X Thiết Kế Bao Bì

Được thiết kế để đổi mới thương hiệu Shochu X, một công ty tạo ra giá trị mới từ góc nhìn hiện đại cho rượu shochu, một loại rượu mạnh truyền thống được sản xuất ở vùng Kyushu, Nhật Bản. Tập trung vào thực tế là thương hiệu này không chỉ mang đến giá trị của đồ uống có cồn mà còn coi trọng mối quan hệ với văn hóa và lối sống. Sử dụng tinh thần phương Tây như hình dạng chai và nhãn hiệu, nhưng thêm thiết kế đồ họa với hoa văn phong cách Nhật Bản và tính thẩm mỹ tối giản để thể hiện sự kết hợp văn hóa giữa phương Tây và phương Đông và công dân toàn cầu' hạnh phúc khi được kết nối xã hội thông qua shochu này.

Unique Properties: This design was made for a rebranding of Shochu X, which is a company that has been creating new value from a modern perspective for shochu, a traditional spirit produced mainly in many parts of the Kyushu region in Japan. The design work was done focusing on the fact that this brand does not simply offer the value of alcoholic beverages, but also places great importance on the relationship with food culture and lifestyles.

Inspiration: Shochu is a distilled spirit similar to whiskey, but it can be made from ingredients such as rice, sweet potatoes, brown sugar, as well as barley. After producing unprocessed shochu by single distillation, it can be aged for a long time in ceramic bottles, enamel tanks, or wooden barrels. And just like whiskey, different shochu are sometimes blended to create complex and diverse flavors. To match the diversity of the product, a different appearance was applied to different flavor in the design. In addition, based on the social significance of alcoholic beverages’ existence, which is to connect people, the emphasis was placed on the design that blends multi-ethnic cultures, as well as an affinity with lifestyle from a global perspective. To achieve this goal, a combination of a bottle shape and label normally used for Western spirits was adopted. However, in contrast to this, a graphic design with a Japanese-style pattern and minimalist aesthetics was incorporated to express the cultural fusion between the West and the East and people’s happiness that is being socially connected with this shochu as global citizens beyond national borders.
