About Springleaf Thiết kế Nội thất Nhà ở

Springleaf là một thiết kế nội thất nhà ở dành cho một ngôi nhà gia đình bốn tầng ở khu vực phía bắc Singapore. Ngôi nhà có diện tích khoảng 6900 feet vuông trải rộng trên bốn tầng. Tầng một gồm phòng khách, phòng ăn, nhà bếp và hồ bơi. Tầng hai bao gồm phòng ngủ chính, phòng của các bé gái và phòng tập gym. Tầng ba có phòng suite dành cho thanh thiếu niên và phòng trẻ em. Tầng bốn gồm phòng ngủ dành cho khách và phòng giải trí. Đá, thép, nhôm và gỗ được sử dụng để định hình các khu vực khác nhau. Không gian nội thất mang phong cách hiện đại và ấm cúng, giúp gia chủ có thể thường xuyên tiếp đón khách trong sự riêng tư và thoải mái.

Unique Properties: The space is designed for the family of s social influencer in Singapore. This is a 4-Storey home with an entertainment space on the last level. The space is designed to be modern and inviting for the owners to host friends and relatives regularly.
Dimensions & Packaging: Total Space is about 6900 Square Feet, with 4 levels, Level 1 is Living, Dining, Pool, Kitchen, Level 2, Master Bedroom, Girls Room and Gym, Level 3 Junior Suite and Baby's Room, Level 4 is Guest Bedroom and Entertainment Room.

Production Technology: Total renovation and alteration took about a year with concreting works. Large format tiles were cut according to sizes to minimised joint lines. Wallpapers and materials were also imported from Japan, Italy and China.
Inspiration: The space was designed to be modern and inviting. Spacious with privacy was the main component in our design to enable owner to host events with privacy and comfort. Combination of various natural materials of stones, steel, aluminium and timber with bold characteristic to define different function of spaces.
Project Duration: Nothern part of Singapore. Took about a year to construct.
