In the subsequent implementation phase, the team utilized Figma to create and refine digital prototypes, enabling them to iterate on design concepts and collaborate seamlessly with team members and stakeholders.

One obstacle encountered during the project's development was reconciling conflicting feedback from stakeholders and user groups. This required a lot of creative problem-solving and collaboration to find solutions that satisfied everyone's needs.

The objectives were to identify the key factors influencing user engagement and loyalty towards Trendi and uncover potential pain points and areas for improvement. The insights and impacts of the research informed the design of several new features and enhancements to the platform, such as improved search algorithms, personalized recommendations, and a more streamlined UI.

The design team focused on creating a clean and modern interface that made it easy to find and discover businesses, read reviews, and leave feedback.
