Giới thiệu U Series Máy băm phủ đa năng

U Series là máy băm phủ đa năng được thiết kế để gắn vào máy kéo. Máy được chế tạo từ thép hàn với lớp hoàn thiện sơn tĩnh điện hoặc mạ kẽm, và được cung cấp với các chiều rộng làm việc 250, 280 và 300 cm. Khung dịch chuyển ngang vận hành bằng thủy lực cho phép lắp đặt ở phía trước hoặc phía sau máy kéo, trong khi các thanh trượt và con lăn thiết lập chiều cao làm việc theo bốn mức. Tấm chắn bên được gia cường giúp bảo vệ bộ truyền động. Phần đầu máy với thiết kế đa diện lấy cảm hứng từ hình dáng núi Rtanj, ngọn núi gần khu vực sản xuất, thể hiện sức mạnh và sự bền bỉ.

Đặc Tính Riêng Biệt: The head-stock features a distinct faceted and structurally robust form, which draws inspiration in the shape of Mount Rtanj, at the foot of which the company is located. The form of the reinforced side mask also associates to strength, focus and perseverance, which is the brand motto. Robustness is highlighted with carefully positioned brakes on the top surface, while the impression of orderliness and discipline is achieved by mutually corresponding angles of surfaces visible from the sides, and neat concealed joining.

Thử Thách Thiết Kế: The product was redesigned using a streamlined visual language, strong appearance and a character set by the V series. The plan was to reduce errors and minimize the number of operations needed for build, but still achieve an interesting and forward-looking form. Large surfaces and small number of brakes presented a challenge regarding structural stability, especially considering material thickness, which needed to be relatively low, as this everyday product is intended for general usage.
Nghiên Cứu: The form features a combination of sharp lines and angled surfaces. The side-view details follow the direction of movement. Special attention was given to the shape and robustness of the head-stock, an important design element that brings character. The new design simplifies the production of skids and the side mask, which also play a role in the dynamic look of the product. The front and back elements were moved further apart so the machine complies to the latest CE certification rules.
Cảm Hứng: The U mulcher series is a continuation of a complete redesign of the product portfolio. The aim is to use the latest technologies and superior quality of workmanship with a design language started by the V series. The appearance of the machine follows the redesigned logo, with features that strongly unite sharp motion-oriented lines, large flat surfaces, and distinctive details. Corresponding bold graphics potentiate the main directions of the form and emphasize dynamics.

Quy Trình Vận Hành: The machine has a multifunctional hydraulically operated side shift attachment frame, with changeable direction of usage, for placement at the front or back of the tractor. The working height can be set in four increments using both skids and the roller. The transmission is protected from accidental impacts with a reinforced side mask, while the rotor is protected with a characteristically shaped side cover. Three working grips are available - 250, 280, and 300cm.
