About T10 Shopping Mall Thiết Kế Nội Thất Trung Tâm Thương Mại

Trung tâm thương mại T10 là một trung tâm mua sắm hướng đến gia đình, tọa lạc tại khu thương mại trung tâm của quận Trung Nguyên, thành phố Trịnh Châu, Trung Quốc. Không gian nội thất phục vụ 1,7 triệu dân trong bán kính 3 km. Thiết kế ví sự phát triển của một gia đình như quá trình phân chia tế bào, và mỗi tầng đại diện cho một giai đoạn phát triển khác nhau, gắn liền với một nhóm cửa hàng riêng biệt. Những đường cong uốn lượn phác họa không gian và kết nối các tầng với nhau. Dự án là sự cải tạo một tòa nhà thương mại cũ đã đóng cửa, mang đến một không gian ấm áp và thoải mái cho các gia đình ở mọi lứa tuổi.

Unique Properties: This project is located in the core business district of Zhongyuan, Zhengzhou. Within a radius of 3 kilometers, it serves a population of 1.7 million people. The main focus is on family-oriented consumers of all ages, aiming to integrate fashion into the lifestyle of families and provide a warm and comfortable shopping center.

Production Technology: The design meets cell to cell communication, extending the sinuous curve and outlining the space.
The links between cells are like the collisions between families in society, and it is the influx of families that forms commercial exchanges.
Design Challenge: This project is located in the core business circle of Zhongyuan District, Zhengzhou, which is the overall transformation and upgrading of the old closed business. Stripped of the changing buildings of the industrial era, the project is a stock transformation + new business model output, and will be positioned as a new trend family shopping center.
Inspiration: The formation of a family is a process of growth, much like the development of an embryo cell that takes various forms through division and combination. The design utilizes different floors to represent different stages of growth, from nostalgic beginnings to active growth, healthy development, and the comforting joy of life, corresponding to various business formats on different levels, creating a shopping space with the DNA of a family.
