About Jiangxi Illustrated Chuỗi tranh minh họa

Jiangxi Illustrated là một loạt tranh minh họa kỹ thuật số về văn hóa địa phương của Giang Tây, Trung Quốc. Các bức tranh thể hiện cảnh quan vùng miền, văn hóa dân gian và truyền thống theo phong cách thị giác hiện đại. Các nét vẽ đường nét được phác thảo bằng Procreate, và phần tô màu được hoàn thiện trong Photoshop. Mỗi hình ảnh có kích thước 3600 x 3600 pixel với độ phân giải 300 dpi ở chế độ màu RGB. Bộ sưu tập kết hợp các chủ đề văn hóa truyền thống với phương pháp minh họa đương đại. Mục tiêu là nâng cao sự trân trọng của công chúng đối với di sản Giang Tây và góp phần hỗ trợ công tác bảo tồn di sản này.

Production Technology: The series of illustrations was created using Photoshop and Procreate software. Procreate software is primarily responsible for drafting and creating line drawings, while Photoshop is mainly used for coloring. The full utilization of the characteristics of both software programs results in beautifully detailed illustrations.
Design Challenge: The primary creative hurdle in the design process arises from cultural transformation. It involves integrating traditional Jiangxi local culture with modern illustration technology to ensure that the resulting form possesses both contemporary aesthetics and cultural resonance. Maintaining a balance between cultural preservation and innovation is crucial, necessitating consideration of how to preserve the original essence of the work while infusing it with freshness and distinctiveness.
Research: The study investigates how modern illustration techniques can enhance appreciation for Jiangxi's local culture and advocate for its preservation. Employing a multidisciplinary approach, it explores the fusion of traditional Jiangxi culture with contemporary illustration practices, identifies resonant themes, and examines the potential of illustrations in promoting local culture.
Inspiration: The design inspiration draws from Jiangxi's rich cultural tapestry, blending tradition with modernity to create captivating illustrations. Each stroke on the digital canvas serves as a portal to Jiangxi's landscapes, folklore, and vibrant traditions, bridging the gap between past and present. Age-old narratives are reimagined to breathe new life into Jiangxi's heritage, sparking curiosity and excitement, attracting more people to join the team of Jiangxi cultural heritage.
Project Duration: The project started in December 2022 in Jiangxi, China, was completed in June 2023 in Liaoning, China, and was exhibited at the undergraduate graduation design exhibition of Northeastern University in China in June 2023.
Operation Flow: Using modern illustrations to evoke audience appreciation for Jiangxi's culture and ignite awareness in protecting its cultural heritage.
