About Eiju Văn phòng

Văn phòng gồm hai tầng, mỗi tầng được thiết kế theo một chủ đề khác nhau. Chủ đề của tầng chính là Hòa Quyện với Thiên Nhiên, du khách có thể bước vào không gian nội thất qua 24 công trình vòm kiến trúc giống như những tán cây lớn tại lối vào. Cây xanh và vật liệu gỗ được bố trí xuyên suốt không gian. Chủ đề thiết kế của tầng phụ là du thuyền đang lướt trên biển khơi. Trái ngược với tầng chính, các phòng họp được thống nhất bằng tông màu xanh dương và trắng. Ánh sáng mặt trời tràn vào qua các lam chắn nắng, tạo nên bầu không khí tươi mát và sảng khoái.

Unique Properties: On the main floor, visitors can enter the interior space through a 24-piece arched monument at the entrance that resembles a large tree. Various greens are arranged on the walls, floor, and ceiling. It is a modern space, but at the same time, it is a space designed with a perfect balance of natural elements.

Design Challenge: Each floor is designed with a different theme.
The main floor has a theme of fusion with nature, and the sub-floor has a theme of a cruise ship sailing on the open sea.
The various seating layouts allow staff to work at their preferred seat according to their mood at any given time. The meeting rooms are also available in both private and open formats. The space is not designed only for design, but also for rational and efficient office space that can meet all kinds of needs.
Research: The sub-floor, designed to resemble a cruise ship sailing on the open sea, is a conference room with a blue and white color scheme that contrasts with the main floor. Louver panels are installed on the walls, and indirect lighting is installed behind the louver panels to make it look as if sunlight is shining through the gaps between the wings. This gives the impression that sunlight is shining through the gaps between the louvers.
Inspiration: The office consists of two floors, each designed with a different theme.
The theme of the main floor is "fusion with nature," with plants and wooden materials scattered throughout.
The design theme of the sub-floor is "a cruise ship sailing on the ocean.
The main colors of the space are blue and white, a refreshing change from the main floor.
Project Duration: Project Duration : From April 2023 to October 2023
Project location : Osaka(Japan)
Operation Flow: The main floor has a variety of seating arrangements, including high counter seating, tables along the windows, oval tables under a symbolic circular structure protruding from the ceiling, and personal booths, allowing staff to work wherever they feel comfortable at the time.
In addition, there are two meeting rooms, one completely soundproofed and the other open with glass walls.
There is also a bar counter and sofas facing the windows where staff can take a break from work and relax.
