About Yangpu Văn phòng Bán hàng

Yangpu là văn phòng bán hàng tọa lạc tại Khu Phát triển Kinh tế Dương Phố, Hải Nam, Trung Quốc. Không gian nội thất có diện tích 1594 mét vuông. Các yếu tố tự nhiên dẫn dắt toàn bộ thiết kế. Cây xanh được bố trí xung quanh không gian tạo thành một lối đi uốn lượn và cảm giác khám phá dần dần. Những phông nền đơn giản cho phép ánh sáng mặt trời định hình các căn phòng, nhờ đó ánh sáng và bóng tối tạo nên những khung cảnh khác nhau vào các thời điểm khác nhau trong ngày. Unique Properties: Hainan Ancient Yantian Yard On The Sea Sales Office is located in Yangpu Economic Development Zone, Hainan, natural elements are the main design elements of the whole space, and green plants are placed around the space to create a sense of spatial experience of "roundabout". The simple background reflects the natural environment with the change of sunlight at different times, and the light and shadow change into different scenes in the space.

Production Technology: The project is designed using design strategies such as contrasting virtual and real, organic construction, interspersed with blocks, and integrated landscape.
Design Challenge: 1. There is no front square at the entrance, how to create a sense of arrival experience and ceremony at the entrance?
2. The main entrance is a unified entrance for property viewing customers and golf customers, how to divide the flow and how to create a different sense of space People are impressed?
3. How to create a sequence of spaces that constantly create surprises within an irregular spatial structure?
Research: After a preliminary understanding of the project information provided by the owner, the designer went to the project site to conduct on-site investigation and communicate with the owner, grasp the owner's demands, create a sense of spatial experience of "roundabout", and convey the lifestyle of "travelling and living".
Inspiration: The project is inspired by the streamlined topography, meandering water system and natural ecology, and hopes to promote and promote the concept and practice of green habitat design from an international perspective through the award.
Project Duration: The project started in September 2023 and is expected to be completed in Hainan in March 2024.
Operation Flow: First, understand the general situation of the project, think and solve the key points and difficulties in the design according to the architectural plan provided by the owner, then use the design strategy to derive and analyze the plane, and finally integrate the design concept to complete the design work of the whole project.
