About Lena Bộ Dụng Cụ Nấu Ăn

Lena là bộ dụng cụ nấu ăn gồm tám món được thiết kế cho việc nấu nướng tại gia. Bộ sản phẩm bao gồm các nồi kích thước 18, 20 và 26 cm, một chảo 26 cm cùng các nắp đậy đồng bộ. Mỗi nắp được tích hợp một dải thép không gỉ với các lỗ có kích thước khác nhau, giúp lọc và chắt nước thức ăn mà không cần dụng cụ bổ sung. Nắp có thể xoay để đóng các phần đục lỗ và giữ hơi nước bên trong thân nồi. Thân nồi và nắp có đường viền bo tròn cùng lớp phủ gốm chống trầy xước, dễ dàng vệ sinh. Tay cầm bằng Bakelite chịu nhiệt mang lại cảm giác cầm nắm thoải mái.

Unique Properties: The Lena cookware set features a scratch-resistant, high-heat ceramic coating that adds both functional and aesthetic value. This coating makes cleaning easier, while the stainless steel lid and handles provide a unique look. Ergonomically designed handles offer a comfortable grip, and the lid and body are specially designed for easy straining without the need for additional tools. The organic design language is created by the rounded contours of the body and lid.
Dimensions & Packaging: The ease of straining provided by the product, along with the adjustable hole sizes and placements, allows the user to control both the straining and steam release processes. This feature strengthens the relationship between the product and the user. The Lena cookware set consists of 8 pieces: 18, 20, and 26 cm pots, a 26 cm pan, and their corresponding lids.

Production Technology: The product is made using eco-friendly technology with a ceramic coating. Additionally, the lid features a steel strip with holes of different sizes on opposite sides, facilitating the straining function.
Design Challenge: While designing the product, the aim was not only to achieve an aesthetic appearance but also to ensure its functionality, setting it apart from other products on the market.
Research: The product aims to differentiate itself by adding a straining function, rather than relying on conventional pots. This is achieved through the design of holes in different sizes and a specially tailored body. The adjustable positioning of these holes also allows for controlling steam release, adding another functional feature to the product. Additionally, Lena prefers differentiation in materials, using a ceramic coating that ensures hygiene, ease of cleaning, and an environmentally friendly design.
Inspiration: Made from completely natural materials and produced using eco-friendly technology, the Lena pot features an extra-resistant, high-temperature ceramic coating that allows for the preparation of delicious meals with minimal use of oil. Its specially designed body and perforated lid aim to differentiate the product by making straining easier. The product’s clean lines and smooth, elegant form are the result of a design process focused on simplicity and refinement.
Project Duration: The project started in June 2023 in İstanbul and finished in June 2024 in İstanbul.
Operation Flow: The design of the Lena pot, with its body and lid shape, allows for easy straining without the need for any additional tools. The steel strip on the lid has holes of different sizes at specific points. This design facilitates easy straining while also allowing steam to escape through these holes. If cooking is to be done without steam release, the lid can be rotated so that the perforated sections close off inside the body. The rounded, heat-resistant Bakelite handles provide an ergonomic grip, ensuring comfortable handling.
