Nautilus biến đổi một cơ sở sản xuất du thuyền cũ thành văn phòng bán hàng và quản lý đẳng cấp. Lấy cảm hứng từ những hình khối uyển chuyển của thiết kế du thuyền, không gian kết hợp sự sang trọng và tính năng thực tiễn. Bàn lễ tân mang tính điêu khắc, hệ thống chiếu sáng tùy chỉnh và màn hình hiển thị NFT chủ đề đại dương làm nổi bật thẩm mỹ hàng hải. Vách ngăn kính, sàn đá cẩm thạch và các điểm nhấn kim loại tạo nên bầu không khí tương lai, trong khi các lối đi được chiếu sáng dẫn dắt du khách một cách liền mạch qua không gian.

Unique Properties: This project transforms a former yacht building factory into a prestigious sales and management office. The design enhances functionality with a well-planned layout and guides visitors along the illuminated paths. A striking reception desk, inspired by yacht forms, serves as a focal point, complemented by a specially designed lighting installation. A large led display with an ocean-inspired nft image reinforces the nautical theme, while futuristic elements and organic forms define the executive spaces
Dimensions & Packaging: The project complies with metric ISO standards with a field length of 1759 mm, a depth of 835 mm and a height of 6500 mm. The reception desk is 3780 mm long, 1400 mm deep and 1270 mm high. The space features structural glass partitions, polished marble flooring, and microcement cladding. A dedicated led lighting system highlights key areas, while metallic panels enhance the modern and luxurious aesthetic.

Production Technology: The project integrates high-end materials and advanced construction techniques to enhance the luxurious and futuristic atmosphere. The reception desk is made of sculpted solid wood with a high-gloss lacquer finish inspired by yacht hulls. The flooring combines microcement and polished marble to create a seamless and reflective surface. A specially designed led lighting system highlights key areas, while metallic panels and glass panes enhance a sense of openness and modernity.
Design Challenge: The biggest challenge was to redesign an industrial facility while maintaining a sense of exclusivity and luxury. Achieving an inviting atmosphere in a previously cold and impersonal space required innovative spatial planning, customized lighting solutions and high-end materials. Inspired by yacht forms, the reception desk had to be precisely sculpted and the lighting balance fine-tuned to accentuate architectural features without overpowering the ambiance.
Research: The research phase is focused on creating a space that balances luxury and functionality in an industrial environment. The study included the analysis of yacht showroom designs, customer expectations, and spatial ergonomics. The data was collected through market research, case studies, and interviews with industry professionals. The results highlighted the need for a visually striking and highly functional environment, leading to the integration of nautical-inspired aesthetic and digital enhancements.
Inspiration: the transformation of a former yacht building facility into a prestigious sales and management office. The graceful curves and craftsmanship of the luxury yachts served as a significant influence, shaping the space with nautical aesthetics. The fluidity of the water, the elegance of the yacht hulls and the exclusivity of the yachting world were the main sources of inspiration. The goal was to design an environment that embodied innovation, complexity, and the essence of the sea.
Project Duration: The project started in October 2024 and was completed in December 2024 in Izmir, Turkey. The design process involved extensive research and planning to transform an outdated yacht manufacturing facility into a prestigious sales and management office. The final space has been carefully curated to reflect modern aesthetics and functionality, providing a seamless blend of luxury and innovation.
Operation Flow: The design guides visitors through a structured and visually engaging space, resulting in a seamless user experience. Illuminated paths guide the movement, while the reception desk serves as a focal point, creating an immediate impression of luxury. Digital elements, such as an ocean-inspired NFT display, enrich the immersive atmosphere. Executive offices feature glass partitions and custom furnishings that promote openness while maintaining privacy and exclusivity.
