Giới thiệu Slow Bakery Thiết Kế Nội Thất Bán Lẻ

Slow Bakery là không gian nội thất tiệm bánh bán lẻ được kiến tạo trong một nhà để xe cũ tại Mã Công, huyện Bành Hồ, Đài Loan. Tông màu gỗ tự nhiên và bề mặt bê tông có vân tạo cho không gian một nét ấm áp và chuyên nghiệp. Cánh cửa gỗ lối vào được tạo hình như một ổ bánh mì, gắn tay nắm bằng đồng thau, phản ánh bản sắc thương hiệu. Quầy đá mài terrazzo và các bức tường bảng đục lỗ tăng thêm tính công năng và sự ngăn nắp. Gỗ tái chế và tấm ván lạng góp phần vào tính bền vững. Việc quy hoạch không gian tỉ mỉ cải thiện luồng di chuyển của khách hàng và vệ sinh, và toàn bộ nội thất thể hiện sự tận tâm với nghề làm bánh thủ công.

Đặc Tính Riêng Biệt: Slow Bakery is a warm, modern space transformed from the owner’s garage. Natural wood tones and textured concrete create an inviting yet professional ambiance. The bread shaped wooden door and brass handle reflect the brand’s identity, while a terrazzo counter and pegboard walls add function and style. Thoughtful spatial planning enhances customer flow and hygiene. Every detail embodies the owner’s passion for artisanal baking, sustainability, and his deep connection to his hometown.
Kích Thước & Đóng Gói: Precise technical planning and detailed CAD drawings informed the project. Custom elements were scaled for optimal spatial flow, exemplified by the bread inspired door and ergonomic counters. Furniture and fixtures were dimensioned to ensure fluid circulation and functionality. Sustainable materials and modular fabrication techniques were employed to balance aesthetic appeal, structural integrity, and environmental responsibility.

Công Nghệ Sản Xuất: Slow Bakery was realized through precise spatial planning and expert craftsmanship. Overcoming the constraints of a former garage, the design integrates sustainable materials reclaimed wood, veneer panels, terrazzo countertops, and textured concrete finishes. Modern production techniques combined with traditional methods ensured accurate dimensions and material cohesion. Innovative detailing, including the bread inspired door, reinforces the brand identity and technical excellence.
Thử Thách Thiết Kế: The greatest creative challenge was transforming a constrained, repurposed garage into a vibrant, functional bakery that honors local heritage. Internally, capturing the owner’s dream and cultural narrative required innovative spatial planning and material selection. Externally, navigating strict building codes, production limitations, and technology constraints pushed us to blend historical context with modern design solutions, ensuring both functionality and aesthetic appeal.
Cảm Hứng: The owner, a skilled baker, pursued his dream of returning home to open a bakery after years in Taipei’s hotel industry. Inspired by his journey, the design embodies craftsmanship and nostalgia. The bread shaped entrance symbolizes his passion, while reclaimed materials reinforce sustainability. The space blends tradition with modernity, inviting customers to experience the warmth of home and dedication to artisanal baking.
Thời Gian Dự Án: The project commenced in June 2022 in Magong, Penghu County, Taiwan and was completed on September 15, 2022. Over a focused period of more than three months, a former garage was transformed into Slow Bakery an adaptive reuse project that blends modern design with local heritage, showcasing the owner's passion and artisanal spirit.
