Koho là một công trình nội thất trụ sở chính kết hợp sảnh triển lãm với diện tích xây dựng 5000 mét vuông. Bố cục kết hợp các chức năng văn phòng với các khu vực triển lãm trưng bày thiết kế nội thất đồ gỗ. Nước, hình tròn và các đường cong tạo thành chủ đề chính, xuất hiện trên tường, trần nhà và các món đồ nội thất. Cầu thang xoắn ốc và đèn chùm pha lê đóng vai trò là điểm nhấn nghệ thuật. Các khu vực mở và khép kín được kết hợp nhằm hỗ trợ luồng di chuyển rõ ràng. Đá tự nhiên và sơn thân thiện với môi trường được sử dụng. Hệ thống văn phòng thông minh điều khiển ánh sáng và nhiệt độ nhằm mang lại sự thoải mái.

This project deeply integrates natural elements, building reshaping, and Italian aesthetics. Through meticulous planning and execution, it creates an office space that not only facilitates efficient work but also features an artistic atmosphere.
- Inspiration
- Drawing inspiration from nature, the project takes water, circle and arc as the core to infuse the space with a dynamic sense and Italian elegance. The crystal chandelier hanging from the ceiling, resembling water pouring down from the sky, brings to mind pure, harmonious nature. The elements of circle and arc run through the entire project, including walls, ceilings, and furniture pieces. These fluid, soft curves contribute to an inclusive, warm atmosphere.
- Project Duration
- The project began its design phase in the middle of 2023, started construction in April 2024, and completed in September 2024.
- Operation Flow
- This project prioritizes the interaction between man and space. It cleverly combines open and enclosed zones, complemented by artistic elements such as a spiral staircase and a crystal chandelier, achieving an effective circulation design and an inclusive atmosphere. The introduction of a smart office system, including intelligent lighting and temperature control, ensures higher work efficiency and better comfort for employees.
