About Fred Vòng Tay

Có rất nhiều loại vòng tay và vòng tay khác nhau: kiểu dáng, vàng, nhựa, rẻ, đắt… nhưng đẹp như thế nào thì tất cả chỉ đơn giản là vòng tay mà thôi. Fred là một cái gì đó nhiều hơn. Những chiếc còng này trong sự đơn giản của chúng đã làm sống lại vẻ quý tộc của thời xưa, nhưng chúng vẫn hiện đại. Chúng có thể được mặc bằng tay trần cũng như trên áo choàng lụa hoặc áo len đen, và chúng sẽ luôn tạo thêm nét đẳng cấp cho người mặc chúng. Những chiếc vòng này là duy nhất bởi vì chúng đến như một cặp. Chúng rất nhẹ khiến chúng không thể mặc được. Bằng cách mặc chúng, người ta sẽ được chú ý!

Unique Properties: These bracelets are unique because they come as a pair. They are very light which makes their wearing comfortable
Dimensions & Packaging: Dimension, Package and Technical properties: Cuffs are 13 cm long, 12 cm high and 6 cm wide. They come in pair and are packed in an orange - pink protective pouch tied with the orange bow.

Production Technology: Cuffs are made out of light white plastic used for billboards.
Design Challenge: The real challenge was finding the way to bend the material at home without professional machines and to find something that would look as a cuff link. But it also was a work with many gleeful errors.
Research: The research was focused on finding the right dimension for the cuffs and finding the way to make something weareable out of the material ment for something else.
Inspiration: The inspiration: I often go to the theatre and like to dress for the occasion. I like to have something new and different every time I go. Once while I was thinking what to wear this time, there was a movie with Fred Astaire on the TV. I saw his sleek suit, his cuffs… and voila – the idea was born! I remembered cuffs and plastrons worn by men in the last century and decided to revive it in a modern way, this time as a part o woman garment.
Project Duration: The project started in March of 2012. in Zagreb and was finished in two weeks. During that time I was trying to find out the right dimension for comfortable wearing bracelets and the way to bend the plastic at home.
Operation Flow: The research was focused on finding the right dimension for the cuffs.
