About Petals Bao Bì Thuốc

Petals là một loại bao bì thuốc đa chức năng được thiết kế dành cho người cao tuổi. Hình dáng của sản phẩm được lấy cảm hứng từ một bông hoa với bảy cánh, mỗi cánh hoa chứa liều lượng thuốc cho một ngày. Mỗi cánh hoa đều có in một con số để hỗ trợ việc nhận diện. Một đường cắt trên đĩa trung tâm cho phép lấy ra từng viên thuốc riêng lẻ. Khi bẻ một cánh hoa, lớp giấy bạc sẽ bị xé rách và làm mất một phần con số, điều này cho biết rằng vẫn còn một liều thuốc khác cần dùng trong ngày hôm đó. Phần trung tâm trong suốt là một tấm nhựa lồi chứa đầy nước, nhờ đó phần trung tâm này hoạt động như một kính lúp giúp đọc hướng dẫn sử dụng dễ dàng hơn.

Unique Properties: This is a drug package designed for the old man.The packaging using seven petals modelling design, each petals corresponding to a day's dosage of separate, and there is a corresponding number markers, It is convenient for old people to identify .The disc in the middle set the cutting line to facilitate easy access single pill.When breaking the petals the part of the foil will be torn at the same time, and the number also be destroyed in the middle of the figures, Destruction of Numbers suggest the old man to take another medicine today.In the middle of the transparent part is convex type of plastic,in the transparent plastic filled with water,it has the function of magnifying glass convenient for old people to read the instruction .
Dimensions & Packaging: The size of the packaging is 100mm x 100 mm x 100 mm .Using tin foil and plastic material, and the existing pharmaceutical packaging material the same. The middle of the transparent part of the plastic wrapped with transparent liquid material, has a good light transmission,Using optical principles to make it has a magnifying glass function, user-friendly to read the use of books, while reducing manufacturing costs, ring design to maximize the use of space.

Design Challenge: For the old man, to break the traditional form of particles in the packing of the drugs and use that for drugs in the elderly is easy to identify, easy to take, the innovative use of water transparency, fusion function of magnifying glass, make old people don't use the small text on the external tool can directly read the instructions.Difficulty is in the middle of the zoom function part of the actual sealing and circular modelling for certain waste of space.

Project Duration: Projektdauer is 3 weeks.The project started in February 2017 in Wuhan University of Technologyand finished in march 2017 in Wuhan University of Technology.
Operation Flow: when once two grains be taken，direct break a disc and the foil also will be torn, when Taking a single grain, from the cutting line broken, number will be destroyed at the same time, reminding still need take one more pill today.When you need to read the instructions information, the middle of the transparent part can be used directly as a magnifying glass.
