About Joy Máy Xay Cầm Tay

Với thiết kế nút bấm ergonomic và độ cầm nắm thoải mái, Joy đáp ứng mọi kỳ vọng của một chiếc máy xay cầm tay chất lượng cao. Động cơ 1200 watt của sản phẩm với khả năng điều chỉnh tốc độ hai cấp thực hiện chức năng xay trộn một cách hiệu quả trong thời gian ngắn nhất. Nhờ bộ phận xay bằng thép không gỉ, máy có thể dễ dàng nghiền và xay nhỏ trái cây cũng như rau củ mà không bị bắn tung tóe. Nhờ có phụ kiện đánh trứng đôi và hộp băm lưỡi kép, cả hiệu suất sản phẩm lẫn niềm vui khi nấu nướng trong bếp đều được nhân đôi.

Production Technology: Safe Food Contact Materials are used in all stages of the production.
Design Challenge: We have to ensure that on off and speed adjustment button is placed on the most ergonomic spot that should be very easily operated but on the other hand it should not be operated by accident. It was a big challenge to meet the ergonomic needs with the safety standards.
Research: In the development phase of Joy , hundreds of prototypes for chopping system has been made and tested in the laboratories. As a result of those researches, the high efficient antisplash feature, which allows the materials blend homogeniously in a better way without splashing , has been developed . After the researches in R&D department, all parts of the blender are designed so that they can be assembled -reassembled very quickly and with a minimum error rate.
Inspiration: Joy brings a new approach to ergonomic features of the hand blenders.More than fifty prototypes were made and tested to ensure the most convenient way of gripping the motor unit. The Easytouch button gives the user to adjust the speed with one finger touch.
Project Duration: The project started in 2018 April in Istanbul and will be launched in market in June 2019
Operation Flow: The main body of the hand blender consists of two main parts. We used a specially designed 2k injection method for this product to be able to combine two different materials in one part. The soft touch material used on the upper side of the main body ensures a comfortable grip and gives a safe feeling.Also , thanks to the double tap button mechanism design, the user can choose between two different speed by pushing only one button.
