Book Text: Trung tâm Đổi mới Sáng tạo Yum China là một thiết kế nội thất rộng 2500 mét vuông dành cho một cơ sở nghiên cứu và phát triển thực phẩm tại Thượng Hải, Trung Quốc. Trung tâm bao gồm các khu bếp chuyên dụng, một phòng họp, một khu thiết kế bao bì, các văn phòng và một sảnh chờ. Mỗi khu bếp được quy hoạch nhằm đảm bảo công việc hiệu quả, vệ sinh và thoải mái. Các hệ thống thông gió, cấp nước, điện và dữ liệu chuyên biệt hỗ trợ cho các hoạt động nghiên cứu. Bề mặt gỗ tần bì và gỗ nu với tông màu xám và trắng tạo nên một bầu không khí ấm áp và tĩnh lặng. Cách bố trí được nghiên cứu kỹ lưỡng nhằm cải thiện sự di chuyển của nhân viên và khách tham quan.

- The Innovation Center is an optimization of the creative food experience. The design team carefully examined the food creation process and optimized the space to enhance the workflow and the movement of staff and visitors through the facility. The materials, colors and textures were selected to create an atmosphere that supports the sensory experience of new food creations.

- The Yum China Innovation Kitchen facility is tasked with
interpreting, developing and refining the many food products
offered by the Yum China family of restaurants. Everything from
the ingredients, to the look to the packaging are meticulously
considered at this facility. Therefore, all aspects of this facility
were also meticulously considered, refined and reconsidered to
create a workplace that nurtures the very important tasks of the
professionals that labor here creating the future of food. - Inspiration

- Project duration from May 2018 to January 2018. The Innovation Center is located in Shanghai, China.
- Operation Flow
- The YumChina Innovation Center is at the heart of YumChina’s efforts to bring healthy diverse food choices to China. In highly specialized kitchens, foods are researched, developed and optimized. Each of the specialized kitchens has been designed to provide efficient, hygienic and thoughtful workspaces. Everything from materials, equipment and ergonomics was considered. Special HVAC, water, power and data systems were developed to fully support the Innovation Center activities. This cutting edge project resulted from the collaboration of the designers, contractors and food experts.
