About Lights and Shadows Primary Function: Thiết Kế Nội Thất Căn Hộ Chung Cư

Book Text: Ánh Sáng và Bóng Tối là một thiết kế nội thất căn hộ chung cư rộng 225 mét vuông tại thành phố Tân Bắc. Thiết kế kết hợp đồ nội thất hiện đại với các đường viền tường theo phong cách Mỹ nhẹ nhàng. Không gian chung bao gồm một phòng khách và một phòng ăn, kết hợp vai trò của một khu tiếp tân câu lạc bộ với cuộc sống gia đình thường nhật. Màu xám là gam màu chủ đạo, được áp dụng trên những bức tường sơn phun tinh tế và những bức tường trát vữa có kết cấu thô ráp. Một chiếc ghế sofa màu cam trong phòng khách và một băng ghế dài màu xanh bên cạnh bàn ăn tạo nên sự tương phản và cân bằng nhiệt độ màu sắc. Một bức tường tivi kiểu đảo trung tâm định hình phòng khách.

Unique Properties: This design project is the fusion between modern and light American styles, combining functions as club reception with residence, creating the sense of honor exclusive to club together with the low-profile luxurious effect desired to be presented in residences via the combination and application of the circulation in the public space, the central island style television wall, the dining table and the reading area.
Dimensions & Packaging: The apartment is 225 square meters.

Production Technology: Composed of the lounge and the dining room, the public space used tranquil, dignified and conservative grey color as the main color theme, placing an orange sofa in the lounge and blue long bench in the dining table area, where the contrasting colors embellish the space with layers while balancing the environment’s color temperature.
Research: As for spatial decorations, using light American style wall trims as the foundation with modern furnishing, greyish delicate spray-painted walls and coarse-textured stucco walls is the contrasting difference we have deliberately arranged.
Inspiration: We treat residence as the fundamental criterion, people who are already in different stages of life further start to care more about the need of hospitality, which is exactly what this design project is about. Allow the public space with luxurious sentiment and the private space for sensing life to exist concurrently, while using modern furniture with light American decoration as the foundation, attempting to create the contrasting aesthetics different from the past.
Project Duration: The project finished on the 30th of June in 2019, locates in New Taipei City.
Operation Flow: Eliminating the commonly seen looks of residences, low-profile yet luxurious aesthetics are combined within the conservatively dignified space, accentuating the extraordinary cultural and design content of the residence, revitalizing the houses spiritual life.
