Mansions Design Inn là một công trình nội thất khách sạn tọa lạc trên một con phố thương mại tại Trùng Khánh, Trung Quốc. Dự án có diện tích 800 mét vuông và tận dụng trần cao của không gian loft nguyên bản để chia mỗi phòng thành hai tầng. Tầng dưới đóng vai trò là khu vực sinh hoạt chung, gồm phòng khách, phòng tắm và không gian lưu trữ. Tầng trên là khu vực ngủ nghỉ, được trang bị thiết bị treo quần áo và mũ, cùng phòng tắm thứ hai ở những nơi không gian cho phép. Cầu thang đóng vai trò là trung tâm thị giác của mỗi phòng. Thép, sơn nghệ thuật màu đỏ sẫm, thảm trải sàn và hệ thống chiếu sáng đa dạng thể hiện chủ đề nhà máy hiện đại.

So they divide the whole space into two parts by taking advantage of the high layer-height relationship, which not only effectively improves the utilization rate of the space, but also considers the dynamic and static relationship from the functional partition.
Kích Thước & Đóng Gói: The project covers a total of 800 square meters. Since the whole space is divided into upper and lower floors, then the staircase must exist. Moreover, due to the narrow and long space itself, there are not too many areas to set the core visual center. Therefore, we use the staircase as a central expression carrier for each room.

In addition, the hotel only occupies three-fifths of the whole floor area, so in dealing with spatial relations, we must solve the independence of the hotel in the visual and spatial moving line, in order to help the hotel present a more complete visual and experience effect.
Nghiên Cứu: Mansions Design Inn is located in Guanyinqiao Commercial Street, where is the most popular place for young people in Chongqing. Designers began to think about what kind of city hotel can really integrate into such a macro environment. They use some symbols inherent in the factory to constantly strengthen the visual theme, so that the sense of experience can be felt at the first moment when the customers enter the room.
Cảm Hứng: Chongqing is not a city lacking imagination and stories, and its unique temperament has already affected all aspects of the city. Tall buildings and seemingly plump colors followed, which is the current modern, and prosperous appearance of most cities today. Therefore, the theme of modern factory emerged as the times require, and designers also want to create a little dialogue with the current city through some expressions.
Thời Gian Dự Án: The project started in April 2018 in Chongqing and finished in February 2019 in Chongqing.
Quy Trình Vận Hành: In order to meet the needs of customers for more convenient living functions and bring more comfortable living experience, designers have designed a device for hanging clothes and hats in the sleeping area of each room, and two bathroom spaces upstairs and downstairs are also set up in rooms with sufficient space.
